Neville was running to find Luna during the Battle of Hogwarts when he finally saw her long blonde hair "Luna! Luna!" He exclaimed out of breath "Yes Neville?" She asked looking into his eyes "Luna, I just figured that since we could both be dead by dawn, that'd I'd tell you something." He began catching his breath.
Luna looked at him patiently awaiting g his response "Remember when I first met you on the carriages at the beginning of fifth year?" He started "Yes, of course I do Neville." She replied smiling "Well, when I met you I instantly fell in love with you and your beautiful personality, I've been holding back this feeling for to long and now" he looked her in the eyes "there's nothing holding me back."
He cupped her face with his hands and kissed her, Luna kissed back and put her hands on his shoulder and back "Neville" she said after the kiss broke off "I thought you'd never say that."
