That morning was a bit rushed for Izuku, he had forgotten how early his schedule was. He was used to waking up in the afternoon, but not anymore. He had an alarm set for 6:30 just so he could get ready, which usually took him about an hour, but he only had 20 minutes, and he had to be there on time or Shota would lose his patience for sure.

He sighed, locking his door and slumping into his car, softly closing the door and twisting the keys, driving off to the camp. On the drive there, he did have some thoughts. Was there gonna be more new people to meet there? Would Katsuki be a bit nicer to him? Maybe he could talk to Shinso or Kirishima more.

But he did think about Katsuki quite a lot. How Aizawa had mentioned to him that he could 'reason with him'. He planned on making that his mission. To make friends with Katsuki, at least gain his trust. Not for Shota, but for himself. He wanted to know more about Katsuki, he seemed like a quite interesting person.

But, there was another part of him, that didn't care about finding out about him. He was a handsome person, A perfect jawline, his face shape seemed to have been carved from the gods, he had even caught glimpse of his V line when he was placed down on the dock that night, his shirt slightly lifting up. He was dazed, to say the least. And his arms. Oh, god, his arms. He had broad shoulders, his muscles flexed seemingly uncontrollably from time to time, veins popping out.

He was too deep in thought to realise that Katsuki had been tapping on his car window, angrily flicking the keys around. He snapped back to reality when Katsuki kicked his door. He jolted, his elbows making the car beep. The blonde smirked. Izuku was now in his uniform, just wearing a pair of jorts with some black socks and red converse. And, of course, the red uniform shirt. He grabbed his backpack and slipped out of the car, locking it with the click of a button.

"You looked pretty hot in there." Katsuki acknowledged. Izuku flushed, the blonde's smirk slowly turning into a sarcastic frown. "I meant temperature, fuckin' perv." He elbowed Izuku's shoulder, pushing him slightly. Izuku didn't find this as funny. "Jesus, how slow do you fuckin' walk!?" He was changing the subject, he gripped onto Izuku's wrist and dragged him.

"This is the day you actually have to deal with the brats, so don't fuck up or I'll push you in the lake." Izuku did laugh this time, quite softly. Katsuki let go of his wrist when he got back to the gate, pushing him inside. He was quite a physical person. "Just go to the old shit, he'll tell you where to put your bag."

"Hey, don't call him that! He isn't that old, Katsuki." He smiled, tapping the blonde on the shoulder, walking into his manager's office. Katsuki couldn't help but smirk. Someone who actually put up with his shit, after this long? That'll be fun.

Izuku walked in, Aizawa had his legs up on the table, a cup of coffee in his hand as 3 new faces were stood, nervously fiddling with whatever they could find.

"Ah, Midoriya. I've put you on duty with Bakugo, so he doesn't scream too much at the kids. I trust you. Oh, and leave your bag in there." He pointed towards a walk in pantry sort of thing with his pinky, Izuku hung up his backpack. "You gonna be okay?"

"Huh?" Izuku started blankly.

"With Katsuki, I mean. He's a handful." Izuku smiled, nodding and walking towards the exit door. "Good luck." He snorted.

Izuku was handling the kids, doing activities and joking with them. They seemed the honestly really like Izuku. He wanted to talk to all of them, he helped them with certain things they couldn't do by themselves, he joked around with them, he participated in activities with them, tried to make them funner. He was an amazing match for the camp, especially with the hyper kids. But Katsuki? Not so much.

He just stood there, leaning on a log cabin, scrolling through his phone. He frequently sneaked glances at Izuku, catching his smile the whole time. There was times where children went up to Katsuki, but Izuku relocated them to the rest of the group. He didn't want Katsuki to scream at any kids that day, he planned on no children screaming or crying either.

When it was time for a break, the kids ran over to a lunch hall to eat, Izuku walking over to Katsuki and slamming his head on the wooden structure, but not too hard. "They stressing you out?" Katuski clicked off his phone, slipping it into his pocket. "I know a place we can go. Where they can't bother you. Or, us." Izuku looked up.

Katsuki grabbed him by the wrist, just like earlier, just a little bit less tight. He lead Izuku around the huge lake, talking about what it was like when Izuku wasn't around on the way there.

"We couldn't keep a grip on those kids. They were wild, to say the fucking least, running around everywhere, smacking each other, crying, screaming, smacking us. Can you believe it? The little shits smack me and think they'll get away with it so i send them into their cabins and don't let 'em back out."

"That's a bit cruel, Katsuki.." Izuku cut in.

"I wasn't fucking finished, nerd." He elbowed him. "Anyways, so-"

"Tree." Izuku gaped at the large tree just around the corner. It was an extremely large orchid tree, the pink and white flowers were scattered on the soft grass hill, the tree even more flattering. "W-wow, it's.." He had to pause, taking the whole moment in. The tree was beautiful. "Beautiful." He breathily whispered, yet Katuski heard it.

"You had an orchid pin on your bag, so i thought you'd like this place. It's closed off from the kids, too." Katsuki explained. Letting go of Katsuki's wrist so he could walk freely to the tree, himself following behind. He sat on the soft picnic blanket in front of the tree. Katsuki sitting on it with him. "Y'know, Deku-"

"Deku?" Izuku swung his head around, staring at him in confusion.

"Nickname. Don't cut me off, nerd. As I was saying, Y'know we can stay here all day. Just, not being bothered. Just us." He leaned against the tree.

"Okay.. Kacchan." He whispered in his ear, close, really close.

"Kacchan? No, no, we aren't doing that." He grabbed Izuku's hair and pulled it towards him, flicking his forehead but not letting go. Izuku pouted.

"It's only fair! Why do I get a mean nickname and I can't give you a nice one!?" Katsuki didn't answer that, he just flicked him again. "Can I do a night shift with you? It seems fun." Katsuki reduced his grip on Izuku's hair.

"I don't have another mattress. You sleepin' on the floor, huh?" He ruffled Izuku's hair. It was oddly intimate between the two, they hadn't known each-other for long but it felt like something was happening.

"I can sleep on yours? I won't touch you, I can-"

Katsuki cut him off. "Izuku. That mattress isn't wide enough for two people. I'll find you a blanket." Katsuki stood up, walking around the corner. "Stay there!" He began jogging away.

Izuku sat there, smiling softly. He was being weirdly sweet. Izuku pulled his knee's up to his chin, waiting patiently for Katsuki to return. He was tired, really tired. He decided to lay down, closing his eyes. He let out a small relieved sigh. He felt himself drifting off, the last thing he heard was grass quietly shuffling.

Then he went.
