As you can see by the dates above I did some last minute additions this morning. My husband didn't read it until yesterday, and he pointed something out to me that I tried to put a bandaid on and fix. This chapter is kind of a beast due to how much info is there and the time skip.

Oh!  And I changed the cover art!  Let me your thoughts!

Three Months later - January 8th

Unfortunately a lot of things didn't end up going how I had expected or hoped they would. I expected to be able to get the 'Meet and Greet' tickets for one of the times listed in the middle of the schedule, but I hadn't anticipated how fast the tickets would sell out. Raina and Carter didn't expect them to sell out so fast either, but their reasoning had more to do with the fact that Alluvion hadn't had any events outside of Korea and Japan yet. They had never had cause to try to buy tickets for one of their events before. The reason why I didn't expect it was because I hoped there wouldn't be that many dishonest Currents. I couldn't help but be verily surprised by the large number of people pretending to be his Soulmate. I guess I should have asked myself: Who wouldn't dream their Soulmate would be someone famous?

Well, I never dreamed of it for myself. I never expected nor fantasized for fate to give me this startling design for my future. That my Soulmate would not only be famous, but that there would be five of them?!?!

In the end I had to settle on ending up with tickets for the final day. On the bright side though, there were a few reasons it was likely the best outcome. I wouldn't have to quickly be cast in the spotlight as a new public icon simply because I was Alluvion's Soulmate, and since I wasn't really ready to fulfill an instantaneous role as celebrity by association then the company would have to continue on with the other 'Meet and Greets,' which wouldn't be fair to me or my Soulmates, most especially Gamon. At least this way he wouldn't have to sit through unnecessary scheduled events, or have to put himself and the company in the difficult situation where they would have to have a conversation to decide whether or not to completely cancel the events and refund the Currents money who purchased the tickets. I'm sure the company would probably pull for continuing on with the meetings, not just due to the potential loss of funds and the stir it would cause within the fandom, but once again all coming back to my unwillingness to be thrust into the limelight.

Getting a ticket for the last day of 'Meet and Greets' wasn't the only hoop I had to jump through. There also ended up being issues revolving around my passport. Although calling the situation and issue isn't quite the right vernacular. The long and the short of it is that I ended up having to wait longer than I anticipated, regardless of the additional fee that Raina volunteered on my behalf. I had been getting overly apprehensive in the later part of the third week. I had fully planned to figure out who I would have to call in regards to the whereabouts of my passport when it literally showed up that very same day; the second to last day before the third week mark would have been passed. An additional reason I was so apprehensive was because Carson and Raina scheduled my moving day for three days after my passport arrived. I'm not sure what would have happened to it if I had moved before I received it. I imagine the easier part would have been notifying the post office of the move, but I'm sure the passport could have ended up in limbo for even longer than it did.
