Dear Vivian,

I know this letter may come as a shock, as I am not one who often writes personal letters such as these, however I do need to express my thoughts and feelings to you in some way.

After you found out I was engaged to Roger, it broke my heart seeing you upset. I always trusted you with my personal issues, however after that day, I do feel as our trust has been broken.

I am sorry if I have ever made you feel betrayed or hurt in any way, but I do need you to realise that it was never my intention. You are aware of my issues with Roger, and you do know how hard I am trying to get out of that situation.

I do hope that you find happiness in your new friendship with Sara, and if we ever get the chance to reconnect, I hope that it will go back to how things were.

I do care about you, Vivian, you'll always have a special place in my heart. You never fail to put a smile on my face and make my day, I will always appreciate our moments together.
