"Hey, Silver, have you ever wondered what it feels like if one day you become a mermaid but you can't turn back into human again because there's a contract?"

"It's still morning, and we just finished our exam, what are you on about?" Silver sighed.

"I don't know, it just appeared in my head of what ifs,"

After Noé said that, Silver sighed again. "Oh, I wonder if Azul is doing the same thing as last year," Noé asked no one in particular.

"Probably,"

"My score is not that bad but to think there's lots of people who got perfect scores is concerning. But I'm glad I'm still in the top 50. Hm? Haha! It seems this year is even more chaotic. . . I didn't expect there's so many people getting into a contract with Azul. . . Wow," Noé said to himself before going off to see the twins and maybe get some snacks, maybe get some information from them too.

"Wow. . . I'm not surprised that you guys are here but. . . why is Yuu also here? I don't see any anemone on top of your head," Noé said unimpressed.

"Well, Me and Jack came to help them. . ." Yuu replied.

"Well good luck to you guys. Ah and, try not to do something reckless like making a deal with Azul, it's complicated," 

"That's what I said, and now I heard they've taken over Ramshackle Dorm too. . . just how reckless these guys be?" Noé mumbled and sighs.

Noé got a feeling they might be somewhere in the cafeteria in the morning, since he heard from a lil' birdie passing by that they might be sleeping at Leona's place.

"Breakfast after sweating is the best, yanno! It makes me wanna eat more meat!" he heard Grim say.

"Oh, yeah. Why did you do something so stupid as make a deal with that octopus bastard? Thanks to you, my room's become so cramped," Leona grumbled.

"That's right. Right after I warned you guys about it too," Noé said.

"!!"

"That scared me!" Grim said loudly.

"Let me explain. . ." Yuu sighed, explaining their reasoning.

"Hah! You guys made a deal to free all those idiots that entered contracts for the final exams!? Hahaha! This guy's not bad at all! He's sending chills down my spine," Leona laughed.

"Well, I've heard rumors that Azul-kun's notes are pretty amazing," Ruggie continued. "I guess it's not unthinkable that people would want it,"

"Oh, yeah. You two didn't make a deal with Azul for this year's tests, did you?" Jack asked. "Even though Leona-senpai looks like he'd go for the easy way out—Ah, no, please forget what I said..."

"Idiot. No one in their right mind would make a deal with that cheating, octopus bastard. I did make a deal with him that cost an arm and a leg, but. . . It wasn't really that troublesome," Leona said.

"True. . . He's not someone you'd want to be indebted to for too long. . ." Ruggie said.

"Right, I almost got into it but notice how it sounds so off. So I never really take it seriously when it comes to him," Noé said, sighing.

"He'll grant whatever trivial wish you have, and I admit that he's a very strong magician, but. . ." Ruggie replied.

"In any case, the more you want in a deal, the more disadvantageous it is for you. Those herbivores who signed a contract with him without even thinking just got what was coming for them," Leona continued.

"I'm feeling super uneasy now," Yuu said.

"Tell me about it. What kind of condition did he give you?" Leona asked.

"You guys. . . are a bit dumb don't you think? Good luck getting that," Noé said, shaking his head in disbelief.

"Sorry, but, uh. . . My condolences for you," Ruggie said.

"Don't say something so discouraging before we even got started!!" Grim retorted back.

"The Atlantica Memorial Museum is underwater, you know? How do you even plan on getting there?" Ruggie asked.

"Well, since it's Azul, I guess he gave them a potion for that problem," Noé said.

"I don't know how legit it is though," Jack replied.

"If Azul-kun gave it to you, I think it's okay to trust it. I can't imagine him making a flimsy potion. His pride wouldn't allow it, y'know?" Ruggie answered him.

After they converse for a while, they all left in hurry when Leona points out the time that they have. 

"There they go. . . I wonder if they don't think about it," Noé said.

"That was pretty mean of you, Leona-san~" Ruggie hums.
