52. Good wine
After a few days, the sorghum wine was fermented.
Shen Qian had to teach the children in the village to read in the morning, so he set the time for steaming wine in the afternoon.

Another sky pot is placed on top of the steamer, and the sky pot is filled with cold water. When the temperature of the water in the pot comes up, it needs to be replaced, so that the distilled wine in the steamer can condense when it is cold.
Although these few things are simple, they make up a very practical distillation tool.
Steaming wine can only be done over low heat. It took almost three-quarters of an hour to boil the fermented sorghum in the pot. By the time the wine dripped out of the wine tube, it was already almost half an hour.
Shen Qian took a glass in a small porcelain cup. The wine was crystal clear and fragrant.
Song Lan and Lu Jiu both showed surprised expressions.
