~ hours later.. ~

It was dawn, the sun rising up, painting a yellow-ish, orange-ish hue on the sky. The birds were chirping and flying freely, emmiting peace all around and across the land and sea.

Bonnie stirred awake as the warm glow of sun, entering the window and gently crept on her face.

"What now.."

She murmured. She sat up and swung her legs to the side of the bed, rubbing her eyes as she yawned, her long minty hair cascading down her shoulders. She looked absolutely divine right now, despite also looking like an entire mess.

Bonnie looked out the window, her thoughts running back to the earlier days where she was just a child. She was always made fun of, all because of her hair color for some reason. The thought alone haunted her, but despite that, she got up and decided that it was time to start the day.

As Bonnie got up from her bed, she picked up the book she was reading earlier on her night stand and placed it back in her bookshelf. She didn't have that much books, but reading still brought her peace and solace amidst this world of chaos.

As she went to go brush her hair, she heard the sound of a gentle knock on her bedroom door. She of course went to go answer it.

"Buenos días, mi capitana!"

"Si? Buenos días to you too, Butterscotch."

Bonnie answered. She continued brushing her disheveled hair.

"Soo.. uhm.." Butterscotch swallowed the lump he had in his throat. He was acting quite off..

"What?"

Bonnie said, raising an eyebrow. She paused brushing her hair and placed the hairbrush on her nightstand. She crossed her arms, signaling the higher rank and authority she had.

"Your mother wants to see you.."

Butterscotch said, looking away.

"I know you two had a big fight a few weeks ago, but she really wants to see you and talk to you, mi capitana."

Bonnie's eyes widened, she sighed deeply, running her fingers through her long lengthed hair.

"Alright.. fine. If that's what she wants. I guess I'll go."

Bonnie rolled her eyes as she walked right past butterscotch. She went up to her closet to pick out an outfit to wear for the day.

She turned around, raising an eyebrow yet again at butterscotch.

"Uhh.. hi?"

Butterscotch said with a skeptical smile.

"Get out! I ordered you. I'm in the middle of changing here?"

"Ohh.. right. Yeah, I'll be up at the crow's nest, the gatitos will be mopping the floors of the ship."

Bonnie nodded and looked away. She picked out her usual fit, a tight white shirt that, for some reason, she always kept the sleeves rolled up, a black and tight leather vest/corset with gold accents, black boots with heels, blue striped stockings, black shorts, a red skirt with a slit on the side and a blue belt with her signature sign, two bones that formed an x.

Bonnie walked out of her room and back up to the main deck of the ship. She went up the stairs and went in front of the steering wheel.

"Hoist the sail!"

She yelled. As the sail was down, they left the spot they were in and were sailing back to the bones territory, where her mother awaited her in their palace.

~ with Santi.. ~

Santi was sailing off isla encanto again, without Tomas and Lorelai. He left them in charge to help with the preparations for the pirate protectors event in four days.

He narrowed down his patrolling and stopped at this unknown island, and even so, he still didn't think that hiding the scroll here was good enough.

He growled, but kept his composure despite the turmoil raging and storming within him. He decided to sail back to isla encanto with no luck in hiding the scroll.

After sailing for 30 minutes, he was back at isla encanto. Everyone greeted him with a good day or a good afternoon. At least that made him feel a slight bit calmer.

As he was walking around, he then had an idea. He immediately ran to the Calavera cave and decided to hide the scroll and map there, since no one knew where the place is besides a few pirates and the pirate protector himself.

He ran all the way from Larimar to the Calavera cave, and as sure as he was, it was still so bright and beautiful, just as he saw it last.

There were crystal shards everywhere, and it emitted a soft glow of light. As he entered the cave, he admired the way it looked and how the crystals seemed to shine.
