Inside a room on the top floor of a restaurant below, a young man who was in the dinning room with his beloved grandmother were going over some new plans for the dinner and dessert specials for the menus. The young man at the age of eighteen who is the grandson of the woman sitting next to her was asking his grandmother about the restaurants menu.
Kaito: Hey grandmother, I have been wondering about something.
Rai: What is is sweetie?
Kaito: I thought you said this restaurant was a southern restaurant. Why am I seeing so many of these random stuff like braised boar belly?
Rai: Southern cuisine usually refers to any dish from across the land my dear. According to my knowledge, anything thats not originally from London is southern and besides it's an eatery as long as the eating's good don't worry about it. Didn't I tell you that I lived a long time here and trust me as long as the customers are enjoying the food there is nothing to worry about.

Kaito: Hehe, if you say so grandmother. I will take good care of this restaurant, whenever you are not around.
Rai: That's what I like to hear from you my boy. Your mother and father would be very proud of the man you turn out to be. Tell me have you finished with your studies.
Kaito: I have, I graduated with honors and now I am full time wizard and can do things no wizard can do. I owe it all to you and your guidance.
Rai: Hehehe, you have the spirit and kindness of a true wizard Kaito. I taught you everything you needed to know and now you are ready to fulfill your dream.
Kaito: Yea, though while you are gone things wont be the same without you here.
Rai: I know but I had a vision that you will not be completely alone.
Kaito: What do you mean?
Rai: You will know soon enough. Now hows about those cutlets that I promised.
Kaito: Grandmother you know how I enjoy your cutlets.

My name is Kaito Yuto, I am a full time wizard after finishing up wizard school, when I was kid I used to work part time with my grandmother Rai in her beautiful restaurant called Southern Restaurant Aquarius. Ever since mom and dad died, grandma Rai took it upon herself to raise me herself and later train me in magic. I live in a world where magic exist though kept hidden from the outside world since it's been the law for centuries. If you must know my grandmother is actually from another universe, I don't know that much but what I heard was that she was a witch who was accidentally sent to our world while traveling with some companies of hers and when she woken up in this strange world she met a male wizard who is also a big time chef.
The two fell in love with magic as well as cooking, they had three kids one of them was my father and the other two were my aunt and uncle who live normal lives in the human world since both never shown any signs of magic but I still write to them to check to see how are things. After dad and mom died, I moved in with grandma Rai after finding out that grandpa passed two years after my parents died. I spent my years with my grandmother who told me so much about her world that she came from as well as teaching me magic and wandless magic. I got really good at that I earned my ticket to a wizard school who teaches young wizards and witches about how to train and harness their magic. Made a lot of friends and got myself a wand that my grandmother made for me before leaving, graduated with honors and wanted to fulfill my dream and that is to become the next chef of Southern Restaurant Aquarius. Grandma retired years ago and five years since she passed but her memory will live on in me and I will continue her life's work. Also there is something I forgot to mentioned and it was kept secret from the rest of the family only my grandmother knows since she told me herself. It's about the door of the restaurant, Monday through Friday are the days where normal people come in to have dinner with their loved one and close friends but during the the two days of Saturday and Sunday something amazing happens.
