#hey! Well, whoever is reading my work. Let me tell you that I'm an Indian And in my mind the Konoha which I'm writing has a mix culture of Indian and Japanese system. Like today's story education system

And one more thing, try to ignore the error and the repeated names or the less description about the characters. It's my first fanfiction, but I'll improve with the time.

T-this way." Hinata was leading the gang she accidentally had breakfast with to the studio. She was carrying the sweets which Sakura San bought for her. She thought of sharing with her friends and also for Mirai and her aunt.

Hinata was furiously refusing to take them in the first place. Because why should Sakura San apologize for telling the truth. She indeed was a normie.

Hinata even offered to pay for them, but Sakura refused.

But when Sasuke said that it's his credit card Sakura used, then she was able to give up.

Sakura San looked unhappy, but Hinata can't help it.

Taking favors from those who aren't close to her is difficult.

And taking food as treat from someone who is not close to her, is really tough for Hinata. It's like a rule. For Hinata ever since her family was gone.

She was aware of hunger. When she was sent to an orphanage. She knew that giving away food didn't need any effort. But taking it was really tough. It shattered her when someone pitied her and gave her food in the middle school. Even her home room teacher bought her homemade meals. It's not like she wasn't grateful for their kind gestures. It's just that taking food from someone is like taking a part of their kindness.

Hinata never knew how to return the kind gestures when it comes to food.

She tried. In her own way. Helped her classmates in studies. Or her teachers in chores. She even joined in the student Council committee to help her friends and her teachers.

But as time flew, it felt like a burden to receive kindness. So, she stopped to take any Favour or treats from her classmates or her teachers.

Hinata was only able to eat normally when she was with her friends and her family.

Sasuke is one of her closet friends. His father used to dote her more than Sasuke.

He often used to get jealous of Hinata.

But she found it amusing.

She liked their friendship. He never used to argue with her nor prey her when she wasn't her usual self.

When they used to go for picnics, or for parties. Sasuke and Hinata always used to end being with each other. Her sister used to play more with Sasuke's neechan.

Sasuke and Hinata used to play in their own calming way rather than screaming when one of them would lose in a game.

They both had their own ways to sulk. When lost in a game

And it was mostly, Hinata not sharing the tomatoes to Sasuke which Hinata's mother grew in their mini kitchen garden.

Or Sasuke hiding her favorite cinnamon rolls in the gifts which Sasuke's mother used to bake specially for Hinata.

They were close.

And after all those years, when she saw Sasuke in the University. It was like a blessing to meet her childhood friend.

He grew up a lot. Even he was taller than her. Yet he was the same Sasuke.

He did understand her hesitancy when Sakura was offering the sweets.
