Palak's POV :
I don't know what happened to me today but I spoke more than mere words and that also a threat. Who can believe that I was threatening Mr.Rudraksh Raichand whose glare is enough for people to wet their pants.
I was really worried because if someone talks loudly or argue heatedly I can have a panic attack. Cause I have seen many heated arguments in my so called house at a very small age which has built a wall around me and I don't trust people easily and have developed a fear of argument. Weird!!  It is, my whole life is weird.
While I was threatening him he was just smiling and listening to like WTH! Somebody is threatening and you are smiling like a fool.
The site is in the outskirts of city, as it is a manufacturing factory so we thought that this will be the best place. I reached there in approx. 1.4 hours. I came out of the and saw that Mr. Raichand has also reached just. I didn't wait for him, wore my glasses and headed towards the site. It will take more 5 mins to reach the proper place.
Rudraksh's POV :
As I came out of her office I saw that she has already started her car and she went from there in full speed even I did the same and followed her. Today she was threatening me like for real. I was just smiling like an idiot cause she reminded me of my maa.
I reached there just after her and wearing my glasses i followed her to the proper site. There was an awkward silence between us for some moments. I can make out from her face that she is deeply thinking about something. I broke the silence and asked......
R : So what idea you got?
P : Huhh ??
R : You are thinking something right?
P : Hmmm

Again her few words self but let's see.

R : what are you thinking then?
P : Just wait and watch.
R : Okay.

Sunshine's POV:
While conversing they both reached the place. Mr. Khanna and Mr.Sawant immediately greeted them. Then Palak asked they both to bring all the workers as she wants to talk to them personally. As soon as the workers came to spot they started shouting loudly and telling their views. Palak roared "SILENCE".As soon as she completed ,everybody flinched and there was pin drop silence.
P : EVERBODY SHOULD BE SILENT AND RAISE YOUR HANDS ONE BY ONE AND SAY YOUR OPINION. THOSE WHO AGREE WITH THE OPINION JUST RAISE THEIR HANDS AND LAST, NOBODY WILL RAISE THEIR VOICE AT ME OR ANY OTHER PERSON PRESENT HERE. UNDERSTOOD AND IF NOT YOU MAY LEAVE.
Everybody nodded at her statement and Rudraksh was impressed to see her this tone as this was the first time he was hearing her authoratively. One by one everybody said their opinions and Palak asked Mr.Sawant to note all of them. After this meeting she said all the workers to go back to their places and come again after 1/2 an hour to listen the final decision. Then everybody left.
Rudraksh, Palak, Mr. Khanna and Mr. Sawant were seated together and having the decision. As they got to a final decision they were happy that the decision was taken very early. Soon all the workers came there.
R : LISTEN, We have took the decision and if anybody have any problem they may leave the work. WE HAVE DECIDED THAT AS MAJORITY OF YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM TO WORK WITH EACH OTHER. SO CONTINUE IT AND THOSE WHO HAVE PROBLEM WORKING TOGETHER THEY MAY SOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR YOU MAY LEAVE. WE CAN GET MORE WORKERS.
Listening this a worker came forward and he shouted ,"You all are selfish when you want us you behave sweetly with and now when we are not comfortable to work here you are threatening... ".
He stopped in between. Rudraksh couldn't understand anything and he saw in the direction where the worker was looking. He turned and saw that Palak was glaring him. Palak stood up,came in front and asked softly,
"Why are you not comfortable in working here?. "
Worker : Ma'am sorry but I couldn't control myself due to anger.
Then he looked here and there and continued...
"Ma'am This Ramesh he has bad eye on females and he tries to force himself on them and he touches them inappropriately . Our wives have experienced this."
Palak glanced towards all the females and they nodded their heads in agreement. This was the last string. She went towards Ramesh and hanged him in air by his throat. Everyone's eyes widened in shock even rudraksh was shocked, seeing the power of her. He was trying to get out of her caught but he couldn't . She immediately threw him on ground and pressed her heels on his chest and said, " wo naari hai koi khilona nhi jo tu jo marzi mai aayega wo karega, aap sab idhar aaiye aur isse tab tak pitiye jab tak aapka man na bhar jaaye bas itna khyal rakhiyega ki ye mar na jaaye. " She left and turned towards Mr. Sawant and said, " i want this bastard behind the bars and make sure he doesn't get any job in future not even a sweeper." Meanwhile the women were beating Ramesh and he was crying for help.
Rudraksh was just sitting comfortably and watching everything. Today he saw real women power. After everything thing the cops took him and all the workers thanked Palak. She said, "Aaj toh mai thi lekin kal nhi rahungi, apne liye ladiye aur koi bhi aapke paas aaye ta aapko gandi nazar se dekhe toh uski aankhein noch lijiye. Kyunki aap insaan h khilona nhi. Agar vo daanav ban sakte h toh aap devi. "
After that they headed towards their respective cars as the problem is finished from the root. They both sat in their cars and started it but..
