"One bite is enough to kill a mortal." "Even, an immortal."
Speaking to himself once more, Jungwon, as he walked alone in the empty streets of town. Slightly trembling by the cold air, he's never been affected by the weather before, but tonight, it was too cold for him.
Not wearing a sweater he tried speeding up his steps, he knew using his abilities at the moment wouldn't be a good thing, already knowing a mortal could be around and see him, a vampire. Vampires aren't allowed in town, he knows that, Jungwon's heard around amongst the humans that some believe they aren't 'real'.
Of course he knew that was a lie, being a vampire himself, but also hearing around how some despise vampires badly, saying if they'd ever see one they'd be "burned and tortured to death," which scared him.
But right now he was busy just trying to get home, his hands occupied with small store bags, he had gone grocery shopping an hour ago before the store had closed for the night. Being alone in the streets, the only vampire around kept him in deep though, what if one day he was caught? Would his abilities be able to change the moment he's done for or no?
A small noise was heard near Jungwon, his ears perked up as he looked around. Catching a glimpse of a cat, Asha's cat, how did he know? He just did. Looking around once more he steaded his feet, letting out a quick exhale before racing over towards the cat in a second.
"Hi there again," Jungwon spoke softly as he kneeled down to the cats level, putting his bags down before petting it. "What are you doing here? It's sort of strange you're here, as if you're following me-"
Jungwon's eyes widened, feeling the cats sharp teeth sink into one of his fingers, letting out a sharp yelp he backed off the cat, examining his bloodied finger. "Ow! That hurt!" He whined as the cat only answered with a small noise once more before running away.
"So that's what it feels like to get bitten huh? What a pain" Jungwon complained, wiping off the blood on his shirt before grabbing his grocery bags once more and walking away.

A few more days before school starts, Jungwon was already beginning to stammer on his words just thinking about how the new year would go. He was starting to think he won't have any more friends with his old friends leaving him to new schools, still keeping in touch with him.
But it made the vampire still feel lonely, he's always felt like this, with his new life starting off with being alone it's been like that. Maybe it won't be like that, if he thinks positive about everything it'll turn out okay, hopefully.
"What should I do now..?" Jungwon mumbled as he finished folding the last shirt from his laundry, placing the pile of shirts on a corner of his room. Plopping down on his bed he stares at his ceiling, seeing someone pop up in his mind, Asha. "Huh-" Jungwon was confused, positioning himself a different way as he looked away from the ceiling, his almond shaped eyes turning towards his opened window.
With a gasp Jungwon fell off his bed. "What the hell are you doing here!" He screamed out, Asha's cat was outside his window. He grabbed one of his pillows before throwing straight towards the small animal, knocking it down inside his room now as it landed upright. "What do you want from me! I'm starting to think you're watching me for a creepy reason!"
No answer from the cat, of course, it can't speak. "Leave me alone! I can't believe I'm saying this to a small animal but this is starting to get really weird!" Jungwon went up to the cat, grabbing it firmly before pushing down from his window, not watching it if it landed on the ground well or not.
"What's its deal, it better not be spying on me or I swear I'll kill it.." he voiced out before heading back to his bed.
