Everypony cheers for Starlight, Trixie, Thorax, and Discord for their bravery on their recent adventure to save Equestria from Queen Chrysalis, the former queen of the changelings. They are given medals of honor and a huge ceremony to celebrate. Twilight sparkle couldn't be prouder of her student.

After the party is over, Starlight is standing on the balcony of Twilight's castle looking up at the stars.

She sighs with a smile. Spike is walking by and hears the sigh, so he goes out to see what's up.

"Hey, Starlight. You alright?"
Starlight looks over at him and he sees her relaxed smile. "Couldn't be better, Spike. This is probably the happiest I've ever been in my life."
"Then why are you sighing?"
"Oh, I'm just relaxing." She puts her hooves up onto the railing and rests her head on top of them. "The night sky is really pretty."
Spike grins and gets onto the railing next to her. "I know what you mean."
They continue looking up at the sky and then see a shooting star.
"Shooting star!" Starlight calls out. "Quick! Make a wish!
She shuts her eyes and silently makes a wish. Spike is about to do the same, but he notices something off about the shooting star. "Uhm, Starlight?"
"Shh. I'm trying to focus."
"But you should really see this," he says tagging on her mane.
Starlight growls in annoyance as she opens her eyes. "What is the-"
She is interrupted by a light falling through the sky. That shooting star was actually a falling meteor, and it was falling over the Everfree forest.
Starlight admires the meteor as it lands. "Woah."
"Told you," he says as he jumps down from the railing.
"That was so beautiful. Should we go find that meteor?"
