Hello hello to all my dear readers! I am back with another Devakshi story! I will be posting every weekend and I hope there are some of you who will enjoy this reimagination of events post ep 142 of season 1 of the show. 

Also, despite the title, I will assure you all that this story has nothing to do with Season 3 of krpkab or characters from that season. So do give this a try!

Here is where our major characters are as this story begins....

Devrath Dixit - Owner of Delhi-based telecom giant, Ishwari Enterprises. A man of multitudes who sprung to life with the advent of first love, Dev remains shrouded in a veneer of comfortable monotony now. Oh, to have loved and lost! Turning back the clock is an enticing thought but charting new territory might just be better..

Sonakshi Bose - Oncology-focused nutritionist with a penchant for personalised care. Having nursed a lovelorn heart right at the outset, Sona's tryst with heartbreak went back a long way and would only deepen with time. Doomed but life-affirming, stable but unfulfilling: quite the package deal for one individual! Third time's the charm.. or is it?

Ishwari Dixit - Mother to four kids, or only one, as her eldest daughter might say. Undeterred by the harshest of curveballs life threw her way, Ishwari would ultimately succumb to her son's first and 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 desire — the need to love and be loved. Peace may have eluded her ever since but the horizon abounds with possibilities old and new, waiting to be seized..

Asha Bose - Formerly a budding writer who bemoaned the lack of drama in her married life, if you could believe that. A friend to her partner and kids alike, Asha remains the voice of reason in the room. When one is at a crossroads, the choice often boils down to avoiding suffering or pursuing happiness — Asha would nudge you towards the latter. "Dil ke faisle"after all..

Bijoy Bose - "Hell hath no fury like a father scorned" isn't a dictionary entry but if it were, Bijoy would be its progenitor. A moral absolutist more broadly, sometimes unreasonably so, Bijoy remains a firebrand when it comes to his daughter. Goes without saying but potential suitors will have their work cut out with this grouchy old man in the mix. If you're named Dev, think again!
