Chapter 3: Yuu

Crap, it had found him. Yuu looked at the strange minty blue scream and began to make a dash for it across the room for the bathroom door. He slammed it shut as hard as he could and locked it. He was terrified, what was going to happen to him? He didn't want to die. He felt like all his blood was rushing up to his head as he was trying to think. Why couldn't he do anything, what was even happening? What are there strange grasshoppers eating everything? Just as he was immersed in panic, he heard a jolly ding,

"Please choose a name!" Name? Yuu thought, is it asking him to tell it his name? No way, he wasn't going to fall for that scam. Was it going to steal his credit card info and then kill him? Yuu chose to remain silent.

"Please choose a name!" The thing repeated. Now that he thought about it, calling it thing was weird, ohhhh, maybe it was asking for him to choose a name for the weird minty blue screen, he obviously just misheard it. almost in tears and not thinking clearly enough to have even have a normal conversation with, said one of his thoughts out loud,

"Fuck, what am I going to do?" Yuu whimpered.

"Are you sure you want your name to be, Fuck, what am I going to do?" Immersed in his thoughts, Yuu began to mutter in the bathroom corner, just staring at the wall. The minty blue system, feeling shunned and rejected, basically whispered to itself,

"Your name is over the character limit, but it is able to be shortened, are you fine with the name, FuckWatAmIGonaDo?" Still not answering, the system decided they were not getting paid enough for their job, having to deal with all these lunatics. The system wanted so smash their head in, if they had a head. Feeling moody the system made a not so very happy ding and said what the directors always told it to,

"Setting up your account.........COMPLETE, welcome to the end of your existence! Smile!"
*Click* it took a depressing photo of Yuu sniffling and murmuring in a corner.

"Saving PERMANENT profile photo, uploading details about ''FuckWatAmIGonaDo"....Complete. Enjoy your stay." Then the system dinged out of existence. Feeling like the threat was gone, he began to unlock the bathroom door to see absolutely nothing was there except his messy dorm. His eyes puffy and swollen, he was barely able to see anything, he checked his fridge for food and took out some strawberries and began eating them like he hadn't eaten in weeks even though 24 hours haven't even passed since everything went to shit. The electricity was off, everything was except a window covered by a curtain in the corner provided him with light. He could tell it was dawn, most likely around 7:00 he was tried and excused, so covered in strawberry juice with the fridge still open, he fell asleep.

Yuu's perfectly sculpted face arose with a burp. He groaned and was able to tell he had slept for a while because by looking at the sun he could tell it had already passed sunrise and was almost in its peak on the sky. Yuu had food, some plastic water bottles, and shelter, he wasn't going to leave his dorm until he had completely run out of rations, he was perfectly safe here, why would he ever want to leave? Well that was until the minty blue screen appeared again. Hearing the ding, Yuu tried to move couch that was in front of the door, even though he went to the gym almost daily, he was severely weakened by his low morale. He scampered as far away as he could from the minty blue screen, and began whimpering again. Knowing Yuu would never answer it unless he was held at gunpoint, the system didn't even give Yuu a choice,

"It's time to look at your Daily Quests!"
