I wont hate you

Pricetag and book had been spending more time together since the nightmare challenge, book was really interested in learning about all of pricetag's hobbies and interests. The only issue was that some times she would close her self off when it came to talking about herself.

Today they were working on new character sheets for goinky and dragons "so I noticed ice cube looking at you earlier, what was that about?" Pricetag asked, book went quite, "it's...... nothing." she said and quietly went back to her character sheet. "You know you can talk to me right?" Pricetag asked. "I know" replied book.

Later in the day pricetag went over to talk book "are you ok?" "Yea I'm ok, sorry I ruined the things earlier, I really like spending time with you and I don't want to make things awkward by talking about...... stuff." Book said "it wouldn't be awkward, I'd like to know more about you" "but what if it makes you hate me?" Book replied "I won't hate you, but I also won't force you to tell me anything." Pricetag finished talking

A few minutes later book came over and decided to tell them what she had been so hesitant about, (the situation with ice cube, what happened with taco, and why gaty hasn't been talking to her) by the time she finished her face was drenched with tears and she couldn't look pricetag in the face. "It's ok" pricetag said trying to comfort her "no it's not, I drove gaty and ice cube away and was awful to taco." replied book "you also realized you were wrong, you apologized to taco and respected her wish to leave, you've also given space to gaty and ice cube while trying to be better" said pricetag. "Do you really think so?" Book asked still teary eyed, "yeah I do, and I think the you I've spent time with is much better than the one you described" they said.

The two of them shared a hug when book started to feel a warmth in her stomach that was new to her. She hoped that this feeling would never go away.
