At the island's worn yet well-loved ports, a ship docks as the towns clock tower chimes. The hustle and bustle of the ports, leading into the small fishing towns markets. The captain of the freshly docked ship helping his men lay down the plank, as his crew men start to unload some goods they have for trade. The captain going on ahead into the market, to talk to his current benefactors, as well as to try and hook some new ones.
As he walks through the market, waving to those he knows, and shaking hands with those he's yet to meet, even chatting a few up... but as he walks past a small stand, he can't help but pause, looking over at the man running the stand with a... confused look on his face.
The younger man in the stand is putting his hair up in a ponytail when the captain stops to stare, Isaac not noticing until he's getting some gloves on. Isaac slightly jumping to the surprise of being looked at by a much... taller man.
"Uhm... can I help you today, sir?" Isaac manages to get out, giving the captain a nervous smile, before making eye contact. That being when Isaac pauses, seeing this man's eyes were... different. The man's pupils being like slits, reminding Isaac of a cat, but before Isaac could think about it any longer, the captain responds.
"Oh no no... just feels like I've met you somewhere before is all." The captain waves his hand dismissively, chuckling before he relaxes his demeanor, coming up to the stand fully. "The 'names Atlas, Atlas Valerie. Pleasure to meet you."
Atlas sticks his hand out for a handshake, Isaac hesitating for a moment, before taking off a glove, giving the captain a handshake. Atlas's grip is firm n reassuring, while Isaac's seems to lack some confidence.
"I-Isaac, Isaac Fisher... It's nice to meet you too." Isaac stammers as he speaks, unsure of this man's goal... what did they mean he thought they have met before... and could that be the strange feeling Isaac's having too?
