~marjories pov~

"AUTUMN" she screamed out.

she immediately picked up the phone and rang 999.

"autumn! please my love stay with me i cant lose you!" marjorie begged.

the paramedics quickly got there and took them both in the ambulance to the nearest hospital.

marjorie called reece and winter to get to the hospital as quick as they could and explained what had happened through tears.

as the three sat in the waiting room, marjorie and reece in tears and winter just managing to hold back his tears, a doctor walked over to them.

"marjorie van gould? can you come with me please"

marjorie reluctantly stood up and followed the doctor,

"i understand your the patients fiancée is that correct?"

"yes, yes that's correct" marjorie said as she fiddled with her engagement ring, wondering if the wedding would even happen anymore.

"well she's just in there, she's in quite a vunberable state so i completely understand if you go in there then need some time or you don't want to go in there at all. one of our nurses is in there to help you aswell"

"no, no it's fine i want to go in" marjorie couldn't leave autumn on her own.

"okay in you go" the doctor said as they opened the door.

as marjorie walked in she saw autumn and fell to her knees and immediately broke down.

the nurse in the room immediately rushed to her side, "shh it's okay lovely"

marjorie recognised that voice, "vivian?"

it was the parent shibby was dating.

"mhm?" vivian said as she picked marjorie up and placed into to a chair next to autumn, she dealt with situations exactly like this before, she knew it wasn't easy.

when she was sat down, marjorie looked over at autumn once more, she had a oxygen mask over her face and was hooked up to about a million different machines.

"oh my poor baby" marjorie said as she broke down again.

"it's okay my love, do you want some time alone with her or should i stay?"

"can you stay please?"

"of course i can lovely"

the next couple months were difficult for the pair as autumn made a slow recovery and went to rehab to get help with her mental health.

marjorie stayed at winter and reeces house most of the time. she hated being at home alone without autumn, the house felt empty without her.

she also hated going to work now, seeing autumns empty desk every single day was painful, and the parents didn't make it any better about asking where she was every fucking five minutes.

marjorie felt numb. she didn't show emotion anymore, and she pushed everyone away and didn't talk to anyone unless it was abloustey nesscarry.

she visited autumn every single day. everything went away when she was with her and she was her usual self around her.

she didn't tell autumn about anything she was going through, she had enough to deal with herself and she didn't want to bother her. she had to stay strong for her, she needed her more than anything right now.
