~autumns pov~

one day winter and reece went to visit her,

"hey aut how you doing?" reece said walking into the room with winter.

"ehh ive been better. where's marjorie she hasn't come to visit me all day" autumn questioned

"oh uh im not actually sure" reece replied

"it was parents evening today, so she is probably tired, im sure she will visit tommrow" winter said with a smile, what he didn't know was marjorie was at her house just rotting in bed beacuse autumn had came up in every single one of the parents evenings and she couldn't bring herself to face her today.

"oh. anyways how are you two?"

"we're very good actually," reece smiled at winter, he never expected this but he truly loved him with his whole heart.

"uh yes we are! we actually had some uhm news to share" winter said awkwardly.

"just spit it out" autumn rolled her eyes.

winter held up his hand to show the black engagement ring on his finger.

autumns jaw dropped, "what. the. fuck."

winter and reece giggled, "so?"

"im so unbelievably happy for you both, you two are actually made for each other, you are besotted with each other it's so obvious"

reece pulled winter into him and gave him a light kiss on the forehead, "im glad you approve, your actually the first person to know"

"why wouldn't i approve, winter is a lovely man. i was married to him once" autumn joked.

"oh shh you" winter laughed.

"i cant believe it im the first person to know, im sure marjorie would of guessed it by now" autumn giggled as she knew what marjorie was like, or what she used to be like.

"yeah..uhm no she hasn't" winter said, he knew the shell of a person she had become.

"speaking of marjorie, how is she? she hasn't told me anything about what's going on or how she is"

"she uhh....fine" reece said looking toward the ground, autumn knew he was lying.

"reece please be honest with me"

reece sighed he knew he was going to tell her. "to be honest autumn, she's become a shell of a person. she isn't her usual self anymore, she refuses to talk to people and she's being staying at our house most of time beacuse she can't face your house without you there"

autumn broke down into sobs at this and winter and reece immediately rushed to her side to comfort her. eventually when she had calmed down she asked, "why did she not tell me, she's always her usual self when's she's here!"

"i think she just dosent want to bother you with her own problems, you've got enough going on" reece replied, "anyways we best be off, visiting time is over now"

"okay bye reece love you"

autumn broke down again in her room after winter and reece had left, she couldn't believe marjorie hadn't told her, and it she thought it was all her fault.
