Natsumi was actually she was banished from Konoha as she couldn't wait to see how far Konoha would make it since the leaf village doesn't have a jinchuriki anymore meaning that some village like Oto or Iwa would start a war with the leaf village.
But the only thing that was worrying was where Natsumi is going to go now.
She could perhaps head to the wave village but then that might put the wave village in danger since Konoha might attack if they learn Natsumi was living there.
Or she could head to Suna but then that idea might put Suna in war with Konoha because Konoha would feel jealous that Suna has two jinchuriki on their side.
How about you head to the demon village" Kurama suggested as he and Natsumi had a good relationship going when Natsumi had blacked out from the villagers attack and met Kurama at the age of four.
