Tomass woke up. He was still at Emi's house. He checked his phone and saw a couple of messages from his mom.

Hey Tomass. Look I know you love being with your girlfriend, but you should spend some time with us too. And I don't want you bothering Emi's parents by always being there.

Hey mom. I know that I stay too much at her house. But don't worry I'm going home today.

Tomass got out of bed. He picked up his clothes and put them on. He went downstairs. There was no one home. Just him and Emi. He started cooking some breakfast for himself and Emi. While he was cooking Emi walked into the kitchen.
"Good morning. What are you cooking?"
"Good morning my princess. I'm cooking some pancakes."
"Oh nice!"
"Yeah. By the way I will be going home today. My mom wants me to spend more time with my family. And she also said that she feels bad for your parents because I always stay over."
"Oh that's sad. But I understand and you should spend more time with them. And your mom doesn't need to worry about my parents. They don't care. And they are pretty busy all the time"
"Yeah well let's eat! Food is finally ready"
"Thank you so much!"
Emi sat down beside Tomass and they both started eating. After they ate Emi cleaned the kitchen.
"Thanks for the delicious food, Tomass. Now I think you should go spend some time with your family."
"Yeah I should get going." Tomass hugged her and kissed her forehead "I love you. Byee!"
"I love you too! Be safe"
"Don't worry I will. Bye bye!"
"Byeee!!!"
Tomass closed Emi's house door and stared walking to his house. After some time he finally made it. He opened the door and walked in. He started to take his shoes off.
"Hey mom! I'm at home!"
There was no awnser. Weird. The door wasn't locked so there must be someone at home. Tomass went around looking. He didn't find her at first but then he walked into the kitchen... He saw his mom on the floor unconscious...
"MOM?!?! ARE YOU OKAY ?!?*
He picked his mom up. She wasn't responding... Tomass put her on the sofa in the living room. He grabbed his phone and called 112. The ambulance arrived. It took Tomass mom and him...
After some time Tomass was just sitting in the waiting room. He didn't know what to do or what to think about. He felt like a dumbass. He wasn't there for his mom when she needed him the most.

After some time a doctor went out of the room. Tomas stand up and came up to the doctor.
"Sir please tell me! Is my mom okay?!?"
"She is okay. Calm down. She hasn't woken up tho. We will have to take a couple of tests to see what is wrong. Just don't worry everything is okay. Now you should really go home young man."
"Thank you so much doctor."
"It's okay. I'm just doing my job. I will make sure to help your mom"
"Thank you so much. Have a nice day."
"You too."

Tomass walked out of the hospital. He really didn't know what to think. He just tried to remind himself that the doctor said she's okay. He came back home. He didn't want to talk with anyone. He sat down on the sofa and grabbed his phone. He got a message from Emi. He ignored the message and just sat on his phone looking at some videos. He tried to calm down and just forget about everything. Emi kept messaging. After an hour he decided to text her back.

Tomass put his phone down and went to take a shower. After he took a shower he made himself some food. Then he just went on his computer and started working a little bit.
Some time has passed. Tomass was still really worried about his mom. He didn't know what to do. He did all his works for today. He didn't want to talk with anyone. He even.... Lost all his feelings for, Emi... He didn't feel any love. He was only feeling sad and worried. He felt empty.
He went to the balcony and just stood there. He was looking and the trees moving a little, the wind was not strong, it was not too cold but not too warm either. It was dark. The street lights were on but they were not bright at all. They barely did any use. Tomass took out a cigarette and started smoking. He continued looking at the trees, sky, street lights and some people passing by. He lived on the 3 floor so he had a great view. After he finishes smoking he went back inside. It was getting pretty cold. He was also feeling pretty tired. He just went to sleep.
