The forgotten ghosts

Chapter 1: The Mare

She was the first one to live in the house, She was always scared because she had Sleep Paralysis, So it made her have Insomnia. Her name was 'Pearl' she was the daughter of 'William' and 'Patricia' Creek.
Her story starts with her father's death.
One day he went to fix the roof because it was badly damaged from rain and hail. As he got up to the roof and started working, he felt the roof creaking below him but he just thought it was because it was damaged. But then all the sudden the roof started to collapse, he tried to scramble away, but he caught his foot on one of the falling boards and it took him down through the hole where the roof once was, and on his way down he had hit his head on one of the stray screws that was laying on the ground at that time. Now he was in the attic, blacked out in an excruciating amount of pain. No one heard his screams and he silently pleaded to be saved... but he never was.

About 8 hours had passed, and finally Patricia went up to check on him... *scream*

"Mother?" Pearl yelled "Is everything okay?"

"..." Pearl's mother didn't respond.

"...mom...?" Pearl hesitantly starts up the stairs, as she reaches the top, she puts a hand over her mouth.

"...oh my god..." She whispers

Her father is lying on the ground in a puddle of blood, he's buried under rubble from the roof. Patricia is laying beside him, it looks like she passed out when she saw him.

Pearl walks to her mother and tries to wake her, she had hit her head very hard when she fainted, her head is bleeding a bit, but not as much as her father.

"MOM, get up please!" she said while starting to cry.

She goes back to check on her dad. She digs her dad out of the rubble and finds his wrist to check his Pulse

"nothing" she said. Her knees are covered in her dads blood and so are her hands. She screams for her mom but her mom won't move. She starts crying. She goes back to her mom but she hasn't woken yet.

"MOM! Please wake up I'm begging you dad is dead! Please get up now!" She says while sobbing, her whole face is covered with tears and snot. Her mom gets up finally, while her mom is trying to find vision again pearl helps her up. Pearl mumbles while still crying, "Dad, Dad is dead." When her mom heard that she fell again breaking down in tears. They go back over to her dead father and look into his eyes. "He's... dead..." her mom says while shedding a tear. At this point Pearl's eyes are puffy and swollen from crying so much. Her mom and her hug and cry while looking at her dead father.

A few days have passed and it's her fathers funeral. People say what they would like to say, and when she walks up to her dead father everyone looks at her. She felt overwhelming pain and sadness and was very anxious. Pearl said to her dead father

"Thank you for everything I miss you and I wish you were still here with us."

When she went home that night she had a bad dream even worse than a nightmare. It was of her father and a black shadow stabbing her over and over and over again until she woke up.

There was a tall shadow standing in Pearl's room. She saw her moms dead body laying next to her on the bed then everything went black... The man had shot her in the head. She was floating over her dead body and looked into her eyes, soulless, nothing...........
