Fixed Love

"What is this? My Arjun, the one who said he is not going to get married as there are no princesses of his type in this whole entire Aryavart is in love and is being defeated!? That too by my lovely niece! This is so amazing!" Kunti came, increasing Arjun's embarrassment. He smiled sheepishly at her and opened his mouth but before he could say anything, Kunti grabbed his ear and twisted it.

"Aah, mathe!" He whimpered. 

"Now, tell. Why. Did. You. Not. Inform. Me about this!" Kunti questioned, faking anger to scare Arjun  but looking at him endearingly, thus ruining the effect.

Arjun gave her the cutest smile he could make and looked at Subhadra. She blinked her eyes reassuringly and he replied, "We just were not sure on how you guys would take the news.."

"Right. So now that we all have 'taken your news' in a particularly good way, let's speed things up. I have always wanted my little Subhi as my daughter, looks like God gave me a chance to have her as daughter-in-law instead!" 

Kunti's excitement had reached its peak. She hastened to send a messenger to her brother, Vasudev, with the proposal and was on clouds throughout the day. Arjun and Subhadra smiled at each other in bliss as they could hear wedding bells ringing in the air. Wedding bells for their wedding!

On the other side, Sindhraj Jaydrath had been closely observing Subhadra's beauty. He was completely smitten by her. He often looked at her with lust, sometimes mentally undressing her. These disgusting behaviours of Jaydrath had been noticed pretty quickly by the sharp and warrior-like copper eyes of Arjun. He had immediately let his love know about this and was extremely protective of her. 

While eating lunch together, Jaydrath asked Subhadra to bring him some kheer and as she brought it for him and started to serve him, he sat observing her perfect body structure with lusty eyes. Her over-protective lover had then called Subhadra cheekily with a smirk saying, "Arrey! I also want the tasty kheer made by the beautiful Dwarakartna." 

Arjun's sentence made Subhadra blush and she walked over to him with crimson cheeks and served him, much to Jaydrath's displeasure. Dhananjay pulled his Chitra onto the empty seat beside him and started serving her claiming, "My to-be-wife will seat beside me and will eat with me from now on. 

Everyone smiled as they had all noticed the lusty eyes of Jaydrath on Subhadra and were concerned for her safety but unable to do anything as he was their guest.

Subhadra smiled at her loving fiancé and whispered in his ears, "Thank you so much, I was really starting to get uncomfortable. You know, yesterday, when I went to sit in the garden, he came behind me and started to flirt with me. He told me that he will make me queen but you could not. He even tried to touch my hands. That really got on my nerves so told him that I was already the richest queen on earth as I was the queen of the great Sabyasachi's heart! I was right, wasn't I?"

"Aww my lotus, I love you so much!" Arjun said in a husky voice making her blush. They shared a sweet eye-lock which held passionate love for each other.

A loud and forced cough made them break their cute moment and look apart with blushed cheeks.

"Arey, Bhrata! Kindly stop having moments with Bhabhi before your marriage. What will happen if you forgot that she is your to-be-wife not your married wife, huh?

Arjun turned bright red and gave Nakul a death stare before turning to his mother, Kunti, who was trying her best not to laugh, and saying with a pout in a childish voice, "See Matha, look, your son is being brutally humiliated in front of your face and you are siding against him? I am not going to talk to you today!"

Kunti immediately fell for his cute red face and said lovingly, "Putr Arjun, now you are being embarrassed, later on when it is Nakul's marriage to Uloopi, then you can tease him right?"

Nakul's face turned carmine as he flushed along with Uloopi who was seated across him.

The lunch finished quickly with laughter and joy, while Jaydrath was busy plotting ways to make the ethereal beauty Subhadra his.
