In the fleet of the Ghost Fleet which is under the 12 Flagships or known as Bosses, plus the ones from known as Special Ops Bosses. Ghost Fleet have been known for their large size warships, which they have devastating firepowers. But actually, they also have the underwater forces or submarines, and these submarines are rarely spotted on Day. Why ? Because these submarines mostly go to surface at nightfall, exception for one twin. And one of those submarines is named Taigei.
Taigei is a giant attack submarine which came from the Ghost Fleet and was known to be operated in the Pacific Oceans, precisely at a place called Iron Bottom Soound. Which this place is the location where one of the famous WW2 Naval Battle ever existed, Battle Of Guandal Canal.

After the end of World War 2 where the Japanese have finally surrender to the allies, Ghost Fleet make their moves by sending 3 flagships to the Pacific to make propagandas and destroying many places and also occupying them. Those are known as the "Trio Pacific Shadows" Aviation Battleship Kii, Twin-Hull Battleship Kai, and Submarine Taigei. While the famous one is Kai who make 5.000 or 6.000 casualities in the Samoa islands, Taigei is also famous by her sneaky attack when the 4 main nations of World War 2 top naval fleet heard a mysterious message from Iron Bottom Sound and is a threat that warns them don't approach this place at night.
Although they may thought this is just a joke, after the event where Kii and Kai has been sunked. The threat news about Taigei was true, a single medium size US Navy fleet that send to investigating the strange message was dissapeared from that place and never heard again. But at one moment, a naval officer soon reported that they've been encountered by a giant submarine that is more bigger than the Japanese I400 class Aviation Submarine. After about a year of hunting the submarine named Taigei, she is finally destroyed and sunk deeper to the abyss by 3 warships from 3 different nations which have been resurrected and join forces to stop Taigei for eternity.
