After the brief, somewhat sweet chat with his mom, Yoongi's mood soured as he turned his attention back to the towering stack of files on his desk. The sheer volume of paperwork was enough to make anyone groan, but Yoongi wasn't just anyone. He knew he had to power through it, each file demanding his meticulous attention. Every word, every number had to be scrutinized carefully. He couldn't afford a single mistake, not when his next mission was hanging in the balance. It had to be flawless. Perfection was the only option.
As he mechanically flipped through the documents, his mind drifted back to the mission. He could see the plan unfolding in his head, each step calculated down to the second. Failure wasn't an option. It never was. But just as he was about to immerse himself fully in the details, the door to his office swung open, shattering his focus.
Irritation flared as he glanced up, his eyes narrowing at the sight that greeted him. Standing in the doorway was a woman, her appearance leaving little to the imagination. She looked as though she had just walked out of a seedy nightclub, her outfit more suited for a red-light district than a professional environment.
"Yes, Miss Maya?" he asked coolly, not even bothering to look at her directly. He knew her type all too well—women who thought they could use their looks to get what they wanted, who believed that seduction was a shortcut to success.
"Um, Mr. Min..." Her voice was dripping with forced seduction, but he ignored it, his attention already back on the papers in front of him.
"Yes?" he repeated, his tone flat, devoid of interest.
"Could you please sign these files?" she asked, her voice lowering as she attempted to slink towards him in what she probably thought was a seductive manner.
Her dress—if you could even call it that—was outrageously revealing, leaving almost nothing to the imagination. Yoongi didn't even spare her a glance, instead focusing on the task at hand.
"Just put the files on the desk," he instructed, his voice hardening as his patience wore thin. He didn't need this distraction, especially not from someone like her.
Maya's smile faltered, but she did as he said, placing the files on the desk in front of him. As he began to review and sign them, she slowly moved closer, her fingers inching toward his neck. The moment her fingertip made contact with his skin, lightly caressing his neck, he froze. His grip on the pen tightened, his knuckles turning white. This was a mistake on her part—a grave mistake.

This... This woman is testing my patience. I swear, I want to punch her so badly. Calm down, control yourself... What the fuck is she wearing? She's my secretary, for God's sake. The least she could do is act like one! If I wasn't so damn busy, I'd fire her on the spot. But honestly, I'm too lazy to find a replacement right now.

Yoongi took a deep breath, forcing himself to remain calm. Slowly, he turned his gaze toward Maya, his eyes locking onto hers with a cold, piercing stare. There was no warmth in his gaze, only a deadly seriousness that made her flinch back instinctively.
"Miss Maya," he began, his voice a low, threatening growl that sent chills down her spine. "You're here to work, not to seduce men. If you touch me like that again, I'll slit your throat and send your head back to your mother. Do you understand?"
The cold, calculated threat in his voice left her trembling, her eyes wide with fear. She hadn't expected this reaction—not from him, not from the stoic Mr. Min. Her confidence shattered, replaced by sheer terror.
"Get lost," he commanded, his tone final and unforgiving.
Maya didn't need to be told twice. She hurried out of the office, leaving the door ajar in her haste to escape.
