At the Inazuma Japan's Base
AUTHOR'S POV:
During the training, a girl with light purple hair tied up in a ponytail and amber eyes entered the field wearing the Inazuma Japan's Manager uniform. Everyone was surprised to see her, as no one seemed to recognize her but one person. Only Nishikage knew who she was.
Zhao Jinyun: Hohoho~ Our third manager is finally here! It took you too long to get here. Please introduce yourself.
Mizuki: Sorry couch! Hello everyone! My name is Kikkawa Mizuki! I will be working with you as a manager! I look forward to be friends with all of you!
She said with a sweet and kind smile. She went to stand where Anna and Ootani were standing. Then she looked at Anna.
Mizuki: You're so pretty! What's your name?
Anna: Oh?! Umm thanks. My name is Mikado Anna
She said nervously.
Mizuki: OMG! Your name is beautiful! How about you? What's your name?
She said looking at Ootani
Ootani: My name is Tsukushi Ootani. Welcome to the team!
Mizuki: Thanks! I am so glad to be working with you! I hope that we get to be friends!
She said smiling at the two girls who smiled back at her.
Mizuki looked around and saw Nishikage. He knew her as a former fellow participant in Ares program, but just like Nosaka, he did not have any big interactions with her
Mizuki: Hey Nishikage! How are you?
Nishikage: Oh hi, Kikkawa-San. I am fine how about you?
Mizuki: I am good! I heard you and Yuuma were on the team! I was so glad when I figured that out because I am a manager in the same team as you guys! I am so excited to see Yuuma again!
She said trying to trigger Anna to notice the fact she called Nosaka by his first name. Anna did indeed notice it and it bothered her too, as she did not know Mizuki's relationship with Nosaka. Ootani who noticed Anna's reaction tried to ask Mizuki about her relationship with Nosaka
Ootani: Mizuki-San, do you know Nishikage and Nosaka?
Mizuki: I only know Nishikage because he was a participant in Ares like me and because he is also friends with Yuuma. My relationship with Yuuma is very strong! We're like childhood besties! To tell you a secret, me and Yuuma used to date!
The two girls did not believe what they just heard. Anna felt like the whole world was crumbling down on her.
Anna's Thoughts: Is this why he rejected me?
Even Nishikage was surprised to hear what the girl said. he was speechless. But there is no way for him to know if its true or not. Nosaka never told him a lot about himself or his personal life anyway.
Nishikage's Thoughts: I can't believe that Nosaka-San would date a girl like her. I thought he had something for Anna-San since he seems to care about her a lot. She is the first person who Nosaka-San told about his illness, his past and his personal life. I want to know if its true, but I would have to ask Nosaka-San himself, which I don't want. But what if this isn't true...?
Ootani: Oh really? I never heard anything about the Emperor dating actually...
Mizuki: Yeah its a whole long story, a sad one... We were forced to break up because of Ares program and now he pretends that there was nothing between us.
