do you know that it's never
ever gonna be the way you want it?so come on get your fix in
now now now!you allowed your mind to wander and your gaze remain fixed out the window throughout the short train ride to aoba johsai.
once you arrive at the station, you, as well as the surprisingly many other students aboard the train, stand as the vehicle comes to a halt.
you all file out of the cart and you try your best to not bump shoulders with anyone, though it was inevitable.
your headphones remain on as you and the dozen other students begin their walk to campus, it only being about five minutes away.
before you know it, you're standing in front of a large, multi story building adorned with several windows, making you look like an ant in comparison. you bet someone from a different country could mistake it for a university.
as you admired the school proudly standing in front of you, the only thing that was running through your mind was this...
how did your parents afford for you to go here?!
your focus shifts to the countless students passing by, all enthralled in their own conversations and thoughts. arguably, the school uniforms here were better than the ones at fukurodani - the girls' at least.
you inhale deeply, filling your lungs with the cool spring air before making your way towards the entry, blending into the crowd of students seamlessly.

after you enter the school and are given a pair of uwabaki to wear, you begin the prolonged search for your class.
"year three class three, year three class three," you whisper under your breath, your eyes scanning over the labels hung above classroom doors.
distracted, you accidentally run into another student, causing you both to stumble back. you quickly recover, immediately checking on the girl.
"shoot, sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going!" you bend down picking up her phone which went clattering onto the tiled floor.
you stand again, handing the girl her phone. she had long, braided black hair and wispy bangs which framed her face. her skin was a glassy ivory, her features adorned with various beauty marks that accentuated her elegance more.
she only laughed lightly, politely taking her phone back and pocketing it in her school jacket. "it's alright, I wasn't either, really." she straightened and gave you a friendly smile, angling her head slightly. "you're new here, aren't you?"
you glance down sheepishly, returning your gaze to her coffee colored eyes as you spoke, an embarrassed chuckle slipping past your lips. "is it that obvious?"
the black haired girl let out a soft laugh, nodding her head. "maybe just a little," she giggled, a playfully sarcastic tone dancing on her words.
she held out a hand to you, her grin never leaving her lips. "I'm asami fuji, third year. you are?"
you gingerly shake her hand, her skin soft like flower petals. the faint scent of cherry blossoms enters your nostrils, but not in an overwhelming sense. it's delicate.
"I'm y/n l/n, third year as well. nice to meet you, fuji-san."
as if you thought it couldn't anymore, her smile grows the smallest bit. "nice to meet you too, l/n-san!" her hand slips from your grasp, returning to her side. "I saw you looking around, are you lost?"
your mouth curls up in a small, sheepish grin at that. it was embarrassing in hindsight, the thought of you wandering around aimlessly like a lost puppy. "yeah, actually. do you know where class three is?"
she almost immediately nods her head, turning towards the direction. "yep, that's the class right next to mine! it's just in the next hallway over, so you would have made it eventually!" fuji says in a kind, optimistic tone.
eventually, you thought, following after her.
you drive me crazy with that
chit chat do you want that
or wanna take me home tonight?
