Rated Mature - this book deals with several heavy themes, and is therefore only advised for mature audiences. Please see the list for further info. If you are uncomfortable with any of the below mentioned, do not continue. Seriously, this is a warning for your own sake.
Cannibalism, violence, and gore - this story is a take on several of the darker fairy tales, where these themes were often used as well. Detailed descriptions will be used of limbs being severed, human flesh being eaten, and of fight scenes.
Psychological torture and manipulation - if an opponent cannot be brought down physically, expect trickery and lies to ensue.
Physical and emotional trauma/abuse - I do not go easy on my characters. The physical abuse has happened in the past (so nothing actually happens on screen), while the emotional is still ongoing — loss of faith, loss of a loved-one, moral crossroads, facing their actions, etc.
Coarse language - occasional profanity.
Imprisonment - speaks for itself.
Nudity/sexual content - I don't go too explicit in the sex scene, compared to my other stories, but it's still there.Following the last two triggers specifically and because I know it's a discussion concerning Beauty & the Beast, I want to make it clear the protagonist does not develop any romantic or emotional feelings for the antagonist, so please refrain from saying he suffers from Stockholm Syndrome.
IMPORTANT NOTICE;
I have a very mild form of autism, and I need to have everything in a certain order or placement. This being said, I will not accept any comments on the spacing between paragraphs. There is no spacing in actual books/novels, so stop using this as an excuse not to read my story. This should not matter in the first place. You read a story because you want to learn the tale and get immersed in the author's world, not because of spacing.
Keep this in mind. Please be respectful and thank you for understanding.
