Yn's room was filled with an aura of resignation as she sat in her wedding attire, the vibrant colors a stark contrast to the pall of melancholy that hung over her. She sat in front of the mirror, the reflection staring back at her seemed unfamiliar, as if she was looking at a stranger. The wedding dress she wore, the epitome of elegance, clashed with the storm of emotions raging within her. The thought of being married to a man she had never known, and who had no say in her own fate, left a bitter taste in her mouth. The weight of the impending ceremony pressed heavily upon her. She looked at her reflection in the mirror, her features dull and lifeless, reflecting the inner turmoil she felt.

Meanwhile....

Jk's pov:

His gaze drifted every now-and-then to the entrance, waiting for the arrival of the one person whose presence could shift the tone of this evening completely.
As he waited, his mind couldn't help but wander. This marriage, meticulously arranged for reasons beyond his choice, was a weight he carried with stoicism.

As his thoughts whirled, a subtle movement at the entrance caught his attention, and a figure stepped into the room, drawing Jungkook's gaze like a magnet. There you were, standing in the threshold, your presence filling the room like a cool breeze.

For a moment, Jungkook's stoicism cracked, a flicker of curiosity and anticipation dancing across his face.

As Yn entered the grand hall, adorned in a white lace dress, time seemed to slow, each step measured and deliberate. The room was a swirl of activity, bustling with guests, yet their presence blurred into a indistinctive background. With every step closer to the altar, the weight of her impending destiny grew heavier.

Yn's pov:

In the forefront of her vision, stood a figure dressed in a pristine black tuxedo, his presence commanding attention. It was, her soon-to-be groom, his face a mask of cold composure, betraying no hint of emotion. He watched her approach, his gaze fixed upon her, a hint of curiosity mingling with an air of detachment.

Standing side by side, they exchanged vows, reciting words penned by others, their voices echoing hollow, devoid of conviction. The room around them faded into insignificance as they were bound together in a union they never asked for.
As the priest pronounced them officially married, a moment of silence engulfed the hall, heavy and charged with the weight of their shared predicament. The applause that followed felt distant and out of place, the cheer and festivities stark contrast to the turmoil within their hearts.

As the priest instructed them to seal the union with a kiss, a flicker of resistance crossed Jungkook's features. His irritation evident, he glanced at Yn, taking in her discomfort mirrored his own. Instead of kissing her lips, he gently took her hand and pressed his lips against the back of it, a silent display of resistance to their imposed fate.

After the ceremony Mr. Min approached jungkook, the air crackled with tension. Jungkook's eyes narrowed, the grip on his emotions faltering for a brief moment, revealing a glimpse of the hatred that simmered within. But he quickly schooled his features, meeting the older man's gaze with a veneer of cool detachment.
Jungkook couldn’t help but glare, his eyes burning into the man’s form with an intense mix of resentment and determination. Every fiber of his being screamed against the injustice of the situation, but he clenched his jaw, his thoughts swirling with every possible way he could defy this unjust union.

Yn refused to glance in her father’s direction, her vision fixed straight ahead. The sight of him only stoked the flames of anger and frustration that roiled within her. The way he had sold her off as if she was a mere commodity, a tool to further his own ambitions, made her skin crawl. The very fact that she was now bound to Jungkook by this arranged marriage only made the situation more unbearable.
