"Oh kami what did i get myself into." thought Ren as he looked around. Adam has gathered his men even if it was a generous assumption to call the first group men. They looked like bandits from the north. Every bit of their body was either bandaged or was covered by rough cloth. Even their head was covered in cloth so that only their eyes can be seen. Others on the other hand were in full armor which also completely covered their body and face. Some of them were seen with a slip of paper similar to charm which seemed to have been written in red ink.

They have met them in a secret hideout Adam seemingly had just outside of Edo. It was a big but run down old building which had it's last renovation seemingly when Ren was born. A few floors were fallen down. Plants were growing all over the building and the roof has holes. But seemingly more and more people were slowly filling the old building.

"Jaune. Can we just talk for just a moment?" asked Ren Jaune. "Yeah Ren. What's up Ren?" asked Jaune after Ren pulled him away from Adam and into an empty room. "Do you really think that the alliance with Adam is a smart idea?" said Ren after he was sure no one was listening in on them. "But he is helping us?" asked Jaune confused.

"yeah i know that but this all getting a bit to suspicious. This many people with weapons are gathered in such a short notice. In the middle of one of Japans biggest city." said Ren. "Maybe a few house holds had gave him their guards. It is not really unusual that the richer people here have a massive amounts of guards." said Jaune. "half of them look like they have come out of a bandit camp in the mountains." said Ren quitely. "It is quite a frigid spring." said Jaune.

"There are no samurai on Tsushima except the sakais." said Ren. "He most probably is just a ronin." said Jaune. "Yeah sure. He would be that wouldn't tsushima be a spot as lucrative for a ronin as the royal palace for a beggar." said Ren. "so what are you saying Ren. That Adam is a pirate and that the silver eyed oni is the good guy here." said Jaune irritated believing this to be a stupid idea.

"No no listen. I have no idea who is the bad one here. But what i am saying here is that this is just to suspicious. And i don't think he is sane." said Ren. "really. Now why would that be?" asked Jaune with anger in his voice and crossed arms. "On the way here i could here him mumble about what he would do to everyone around her and her. What he talked about is not the kind of thing you would hear from a sane person." said Ren.

"he probably is just sad and angry. Also they are demons. They deserve whatever happens to them as long as it is not to... dishonorable and it is immeadeate death." said Jaune. "And i am really asking myself if you are sane here. I just have a bad feeling about him and he doesn't seem even remotely sane enough that i feel safe in any situation." said Ren. "Ren. there is nothing to worry about. And a bit more men at work by the hunt is always good." said Jaune.

"Kami be damned." said Ren angry. "How about this. I keep an eye on him and Nora has your back. Great? Great. I have to plan things with Adam." said Jaune before pushing Ren out of the room.

"Don't hold it against him. He is just nervous." said Nora once she saw Ren standing infront of Jaunes room. "Being nervous is no execuse for bad planning." said Ren angry.

"You have to understand. While for us it is a normal mission for him it would mean misfortune by failure. The arcs are bound by oath that ensures them to hold their word. Because if they are not holding their oath a terrible misfortune befalls them." said Nora nervous while they walked down the hall.

"Why does misfortune befall them if they break their oath?" said Ren annoyed and confused while they walked. "It was an oath made to the first emperor and the gods themself binding to their very soul. Every arc have to take this vow and they are promised ever lasting wealth, honor, prosperity and strenght by the gods. They break said vow and misfortune befalls them that possibly leads to their death." said Pyrrha, the wife of Jaune Arc, while leaning on the wall.
