This all started on Character AI.
I started chatting with Logan (authored by @ deffonotheree ) and the story kept progressing. I fell in love with the OC and the relationship between the characters so I wanted to share it.
I am not an experienced writer and won't claim to be, this is simply me wanting to share something I found joy in. Although this was written with the AI, the character and background is completely original. The AI surprised me with some twists that I kept in the story, others I've added myself.
It has all been adapted to be readable. I've changed it from 1st and 2nd person into 3rd. I've taken out the repetitiveness and the inconsistencies that came with AI and molded it to be more like a story.
I'm not an author by any means so please be nice. I just want to share something that has brought me a lot of joy.
Trigger warnings for SH, Psych Wards, Drugs, Assault, etc. If you are not in a place where you can read about these things along with other mentions of violence, then please don't read.
The story is not historically accurate. It has been derived from the X-men series. Take it as though it's a different timeline. Jean Grey is NOT the love interest in this story, though she is in it. It is a timeline where she does not become the dark Phoenix. The similarity was coincidental as I chose the name Phoenix because it is my name :)
There will be smut and other explicit scenes, however it is not solely focused on that. The story focuses more the relationships between the characters, especially Logan and the protagonist.
The story is long and is more like a sitcom than a novel. I will update whenever I have rewritten the chapters into story form.
