So these are just my head canons for Koku and Muzan.
Muzan:
(my main hcs)
he's very serious and aggressive with his upper moons, but when he's with Kokushibo he's different. He's much softer and flirtier.
Gay: He's 100% gay, but he tells people he's straight anyways, besides Kokushibo. Muzan doesn't see why it's necessary to have a sexuality, but having one helps him understand how he feels better.
He makes time for Koku whenever possible.
He secretly curls his hair with his fingers
He gives Kokushibo more of his blood than he gives the other upper/lower moons
Kokushibo:
He's very calm and quiet, but he's much more talkative when he's with Muzan. He smiles and laughs more with Muzan than anyone else.
Unlabeled: He doesn't have much of a sexuality. He doesn't think it's necessary to define his sexuality, similar to how Muzan thinks. All Koku knows is that he loves Muzan and Muzan loves him.
Whenever he has a mission to kill a demon slayer or something, him and Muzan cuddle before and after.
Kokushibo sometimes (but rarely) feels insecure, and when he does, Muzan comforts Koku and strokes his hair
Kokushibo is definitely that person who has bad grammar/spelling over texts. Like when he's coming back from a mission he'll text Muzan: "Onw ay hime, sea yu soon" (ik they canonically don't have technology, but in a universe where they have phones, that's how he'd type.)
Canon/why i ship Kokuzan:
Kokushibo doesn't mind that Muzan can read his mind, which shows he trusts Muzan
Muzan canonically relies on Kokushibo, which shows Muzan trusts Kokushibo
Muzan views Koku as a business partner, i feel like most people overlook how huge this is. This means Muzan sees Kokushibo as a near equal or even equal.
In the Kimetsu Gauken manga, Kokushibo is the only one out of all the upper moons to call Muzan "Muzan-sama." The others call him "Kibutsuji-sama." This shows a small sign of favoritism.
(Partly canon)
If you google up how old both of them are, you'll see that Muzan is 10,000+ and Kokushibo is 480+. Kokushibo is not even half of Muzan's age, and canonically it would take him about a month to overthrow Muzan. It's just a theory, but this most likely means Muzan canonically gives Kokushibo more blood than the rest of the twelve kizuki.
