Prologue

Third Person POV

                       Summer break was weird for Kieran, being home with just mom, his cat Hoax, his snake Nyx which took a liking to being in Kieran's arms and stayed there, and the house elf Puddy. Kieran has been in contact with Daphne Greengrass since he had been expecting for the full week he, Theodore Nott, Millicent Bullstrode, and Tracey Davis, were all going to stay at the Greengrass Estate. Kieran was sitting outside of the house in the Garden when he noticed the family owl named Flock, a brown Barn owl,  as he flew close to Kieran and perched himself on the Owl perch, and in its Talong he had an envelope in neat writing that Kieran quickly Identify as Daphne's handwriting. He slowly opened the envelope and held the parchment. 

Dear Kieran Cunningham

                 I hope you find yourself enjoying the few weeks of the start of summer break. I talked to my parents and they arranged that the best day where you, Theodore Nott, Millicent Bullstrode and Tracey Davis could come visit is thru the 24th of june  until july 1st. The Greengrass manor has lots of sights, and My parents are really looking forwar to meet the kind Of People I befrended at Hogwart. Hope that the letter reaches you and you can come visit. please reply to this  Letting me know you are comming so the house elf can get this ready.

                                Kieran smiled to himself as he finished reading the letter. He got up with Flock who perched on his shoulder and began to make his way up to his room, past Puddy's cupboard. Once Kieran was in his room, got in his bed and grabbed his quills and inks, as he pulls out a parchement and began writing.

Dear Daphne Greengrass

                         I find my self spledid, My mom and House elf are good companions and so is my cat Hoax. As for the Invitation, I am looking forward to Visit The Greengrass Manor. I can't wait to see you lot. As much as I love my mom, I really do miss you guys. So yeah! I can't wait I visit the Manor. 

Kieran Cunningham

                                 Kieran finished writing the letter, rolled it up, and secured it with a string before giving it to Flock, his owl. Flock took off, soaring out of the window with the letter clutched in his talons. Kieran watched the owl disappear into the distance, a soft sigh escaping his lips as he settled back onto his bed. His gaze drifted to a framed photograph on his nightstand. It was a moving picture of him and Ron from before they started at Hogwarts. In the picture, ten-year-old Kieran and Ron were laughing heartily, their faces beaming with joy. Despite his attempts to stay in touch, Kieran had received only one response from Ron—a letter asking him never to write again. The rejection stung deeply. They had been incredibly close, but after being sorted into different houses, Ron had severed their friendship without explanation. Kieran missed their bond more than he cared to admit, and the silence from Ron only added to his sense of loss. Kieran sighed before he got up from his bed and eyed the wand box that held the wand of his great, great, great.... Great Grandfather Sebastian. Kieran held the wand in his hand. He looked for his standar book of spell grade 1 by Miranda Gawshawk and looked for a simple spell well more like Kieran practiced most of the spells he learned in charms class, Wingardium Leviosa (the levitation charm), Spongify (the softening charm), Incendio (The fire making charm), Lumos (the wand-lighting charm), Nox (the wand extinguishing charm), Alohomora (the unlocking Charm), Flipendo (The Knockback Jinx) This one Kieran used againts Isabella, Difindo (Severing charm),  Colloportus (The locking spell),  Reparo (the Mending charm), Cistem Aperio (the box blasting charm. Despite not being able to use under aged magic, since he lived in a magical household he could get away with it. He even practiced the spells he learned in transfiguration just to make sure. This Term Kieran wanted to improve his marks. He also re read the Astrology book and A History of Magic book, since those are the two classes that Kieran had done abysmal last term. Suddenly a Pop was heard Kieran turned and saw the house elf Puddy standing there.
