Aleis-tan had just did something that no other human would think of doing, infiltrating and forcibly confronting the Prime Minister of Japan, all alone and dressed in a school attire, not even formal attire.
Aleis-tan:"We have much to discuss, Mr. Prime Minister." Aleis-tan said with a tone of confidence.
Official:"You! How da-"
Aleis-tan suddenly fired a light spell towards the official's ear. The man's ear turned to ash in an instant as he falls to the ground, screaming.
Aleis-tan:"These DXD spells sure are somewhat useful." She pointed out, clearly stating how weak it is compared to Aleister's spells.
Prime Minister:"...What is it that you want?" The Prime Minister asked her.
Aleis-tan:"Something simple. I wish to...gain independence for the City of Kuoh." Aleis-tan answered.
The officials all looked at her with shock, but the Prime Minister looked calm, and collected. Aside from Aleis-tan...she isn't the only magician present.
Prime Minister:"...That isn't an easy task, ma'am. If po-"
Aleis-tan:"I only wish for complete control of the city and it's seperation from the other regions of Japan. We have our own laws, rules and regulations, just like a seperate country." She explained.
Prime Minister:"You wish to turn Kuoh into you're own country? That is..."
Aleis-tan:"Possible, I assume? I need you're acknowledgement that Kuoh is not within you're power to govern anymore and is mine to govern."
Official:"We refuse! What power do you po-"
Aleis-tan:"As I had demonstrated earlier, I have the power to...easily turn you all to dust. Or...would you rather deal with my...white-haired acquaintance." She threatened.
She used the displayed might of both Y/n and Kakine. Using their abilities as a threat. A threat to the entire country of Japan. Aleis-tan knew that Japan would be in rubble with just one of the Level 5's appearing...and the Prime Minister knew that too.
Official:"How dare you! I wi-"
Prime Minister:"Yes. We will begin the declaration at exactly 2 weeks from now." He cuts off his subordinate's rant.
Official:"But Prime Mini-"
Prime Minister:"I have already decided. Kuoh will be an independent city once the declaration is made public. It will be officially seperated from our military power." He added.
Aleis-tan:"Glad to see you agree to my terms, Mr. Prime Minister." She said with a sly smile.
With that, the agreement was made via a contract. With the official seal of approval. Aleis-tan smirked with confidence.
Alesi-tan:"Well...I bid you all farewell." She said.
Then, a blinding white light enveloped all of the people present. As soon as the light disappeared, Aleis-tan was nowhere to be seen, teleporting away from that place.
Official:"Prime Minister! How could you!?"
Prime Minister:"...Those people hold power even the combined might of nations aren't capable of neutralizing. It only took 2 of those...people to have an effect on an entire city...Imagine more were to come out."
With that, the officials all united to an answer. For the first time, they unanimously agreed to one thing. Kuoh was now out of their hands.
