[18] The Scooper

You quickly ran out of the room just as Michael entered wing B, the twins quickly following behind. You have no idea if Sun is following or not but you were too worried to look back. You skid into wing B, seeing Michael leaning over a pile of broken parts and wires. Upon looking closer you noticed it wasn't a pile of random parts but Eclipse.

Oh fuck.

You ran up to Michael, crouching to see if Eclipse was still responsive as soon as you got close enough. His stomach was wide open like something had ripped itself out. There were flickers of faint lights, sparks of ripped cables and you swear you could even see a mechanical heart thumping faintly. Michael pushed you away before you could see if it actually was, quickly shoving you out of the room.

"Is-"

"He's fine darling." Ballora responded, letting you go. "We can fix him, trust us."

Scythe scoffed, grabbing you by the arm and pulling. "Come on Vessel, leave that brat."

Harvest nodded. "Yeah! Even that ragged rabbit says he's useless!" He added, shoving you along.

The twins' voices sounded shaky and they seemed to be in a rush. You wriggled your way out of their grip, glaring at them while Michael looked at you concerned. The twins looked at each other before Harvest groaned and ran off to explore the area, Scythe following close behind. Mangle walked past you to probably check out what happened, making you look back to where Eclipse was lying.

That strange device that was towering over him, the thought of that thing being able to rip open metal with one hit made you shiver from the thought that followed. Imagine that cutting into flesh. Why would Michael have the scooper be able to activate in the first place. Why not have it unplugged?

Actually, didn't Michael say something about having his insides scooped when you fist met him? You'll have to ask him when everything calms down. Reluctantly leaving Michael and his animatronics to fix Eclipse, you wandered back to Sun, who surprisingly had stayed in the exact same spot as where you left him. That's odd but not too strange for right now considering he's gotten his memories wiped.

Harvest bumped into your side as he skidded out of his brother's reach, growling at you as you stepped back a bit.

"Watch it vessel!" he snapped, his tail snapping against the ground like the sound of a breaking bone. you hope only you can hear that.

"I wasn't doing anything," you responded in defense

Scythe huffed and rolled his eyes, clearly not caring for your response. Actually, now that you have their attention. "Harvest, what did you mean by the 'ragged rabbit'?"

Harvest looked at you with visible confusion. "You haven't seen it? It's been at the house every night."

Scythe nodded. "Yeah! ever since we got kicked out of you."

Well that's.... concerning.
