I know Namekians don't have a gender but since they're considered male in DBZ (I guess?) I wanted to genderswap Nail from DBZ because I can.
The only change that I can do with him is give him boobs, that's it.
He's a fit character so he'll have muscles anyway and the patterns on namekians such as the abs stay that way since it's part of the species (I think??)
