Baby don't slip away
In to the dark alleys
I can feel losing my grip
Baby, come back
Back to your senses
I know what it feels like
Trust me, I've been there before
When you want to scream
But words die instead
You wish to hold tighter
But you got no one closer
Lonelier as it gets
Heavier it feels to live on
I'm holding the torch
I'll be your guiding light
Baby, march back to home
Darling, you've been brave
Survived traumas and abuses
Sleepless nights and teary eyes
Pain you suffered alone
Wounds invisible to others
Marked on your heart and soul
Like ugly medals pinned to chest
Baby, it's time to heal
Pull yourself out of darkness
Find home in safe arms
Comfort in one's company
