Nightmare Prologue

An anomalous strange-matter meteor, the size of Stevenson 18, draws closer and closer to the Mulitiverse's apparent end, the Dawn Wall. There lie the many demons, and criminals that dare disrupt the balance of the Multiverse.

Some are recognisable by others, some fall into obscurity due to not being known by the Zone cops themselves. Not much word spread about the demons. Only the Highest knew what the demons were.

In fact, they were the ones to forge them within the Dawn Wall after the defeat of their mother, All-Extinction and the conclusion to The Consecrate Highest-Extinction War. Those very entities swore to never speak of those demons again, until now...

3:00 AM, January 3rd, 7 ME, The Apparent Edge of the Multiverse, The Dawn Wall, Northside

The Strange-matter meteor moves ever closer to the Dawn Wall. Purple particles emanate from the planetoid. An ominous shadow forms on the wall, which was cast by the millions of stars behind the meteor. Collision seems almost inevitable.

Seemingly travelling at such a painfully slow speed, but, finally it strikes with incredible might, something that the entire Multiverse hasn't seen in aeons.

A gigantic and unimaginable explosion erupts from the impact zone. Huge amounts of the Dawn Wall break apart like smashed glass. Those pieces are sent flying to other parts of the universe. Huge amounts of the wall crack apart and float away from the impact area.

The shockwave created by the meteor is sent outwards from the area, and across the rest of the wall. Cracks tear through the structure of the Dawn wall.

Executor Vermillion and XXL Darkness took the brute force of the impact. You would believe that they were truly dead, but you'd be wrong. The strange matter meteor was made by the same energy the demons were made from. Infusing their bodies with incredible amounts of strength.

This happens to free some of the Strange-demons trapped near the impact area. The first of them is the Demon of Sharpness, Exeniac. His dark purple body thrushes around for a moment. He regains himself as his body reforms from aeons of inactivity.

"FINALLY FREE! ... THOSE HIGHEST BASTARDS!"

Exeniac screams as he thrusted forward.

Without a second to ponder anything at all, the demon of sharpness, rushes away into the depths of the multiverse. A trail of strange matter follows behind him.

In one chunk of debris, another demon breaks free, recalling himself as Exeller the Arch Demon. His crimson aura flares wildly, even encompassing the entire length of the wall.

"BRAVE-LIGHT, I WILL SHOW YOU HELL, AS WELL AS YOUR DAMN SISTER!!!"

Exeller's three eyes glow a bright red colour, and his dorsal plates readjust to his current position. Suddenly, his power awakens another demon of a different kind.

Pervision awakens rather smoothly than the others, preferable in a formal style, other than being reckless like the others are. His five crimson cylindrical bodies stretches out, releasing the unnecessary stress off his body.

The Demon of Gap opens his one eye, and blinks several times before opening his eye for real. He views his surroundings, and spots one of his allies.

Exeller calms himself and spots another demon coming his way. He remembers fighting alongside this intelligent lifeform.

"Well, if isn't the "know it all", what do I owe the pleasure?"

Exeller sarcastically remarked.

"The pleasure is all mine, Exeller. I'm glad that you have made it."

Pervision said.

"Skip the pleasantries, and explain to me what happened!"

The Arch-Demon demanded.

"I'm just as surprised as you, but, this must be mother's doing."

The Gap demon quotes while slowly moving around space.

"M-Mother? That's scary ... what a crazy feat of power."

Exeller repented in a soft voice.

"I found it humorous that you cower like this so easily."

Pervision stated as he moved closer to him.

"Trust me, I'm no coward, but, mother was on another level of power. It only makes sense to be on high alert around her."

The Arch-demon expressed.

"Likewise, come on, let's free the rest of the demons. Exetior has a plan for all of us and he'll lead us to greatness."

The Gap demon proclaimed while turning away.

Suddenly, not far from them, another explosion erupts from the wall. Pieces come cascading through space and towards the other demons, who are unaffected by it.

A crimson piercing bloodshot eye appears through an open hole. Exetior's one eye shoots out a massive wave of dark red energy that destroys the rest of the remaining bottom half of the wall.

"What a show, Master."

"So, you're going to call him "Master" now?"

Exeller quoted in an uncomfortable attitude.

Pervision ignores the demon's comment and watches his master at work.
