Safe Haven

"Gah. . .it hurts. . ." Snickers whined quietly as she was setting on one of the hospital beds in the medical center in Haven. One of the medics were trying to safely get the bullet removed from her leg and they were attending to her burn wounds as well. Apparently the button that Vivian had pressed set off explosions below on the ship, but luckily Snickers, Bryan, Mantiss and RCA had safely returned back to Haven after escaping the tanker before it fully went up in flames. "It's alright, just hold still." The nurse stated as she finally got the bullet removed and started to carefully sanitize and bandage her leg up. Snickers watched her and let out a sigh. "You doing better?" Bryan asked from the doorway, crossing his arms. "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm not sure how long I'll be out though. . . You guys might have to go track Theo on your own." Snickers replied, slowly moving her leg as the Nurse stood up and closed to medicine box.

"Snickers we can wait on you, I don't mind.". Bryan stated. Snickers looked over at him. "Bryan, Keener is out there and so is his rogues, we need to take them down as soon as possible. It's okay, I'll live." She chuckled quietly. Bryan let out a sigh. "If you say so, I'll Get the other two and we'll head out soon." He said before he turned around and headed back into the main room. Snickers watched him before looking back at her leg. "How long do you think till this heals?". The nurse looked over and gave a shrug. "At least a week or so, I'm sorry. I wish I could do more." She said before getting some cream and gently putting it over Snickers's arm on the burns. Snickers nodded before letting out a sigh. "That's fine.". The nurse nodded. "You can walk just don't try to walk too much or too far. Don't want the wound breaking open, Alright?". Snickers nodded before stepping down from the bed, keeping pressure off of her injured leg. "Alright. Thanks by the way.. ". "Anytime." The nurse replied before heading to the back room.

Snickers watched her before walking out into the entry room and looking around a bit; She could hear her three friends in the other room as they were starting to head out to go find Theo. She let out a sigh before walking towards the room where Faye stays and quietly opened the door and peeked inside. "Faye. . .? Are You in here?". Faye glanced up from the desk, quickly closing a folder that was setting on the table . "Yes, what do you need?". "Oh just checking up. . .i guess it's gonna be a bit till I can actually get back out there." Snickers replied, shrugging. Faye stared at her for a good second before waving her hand. "You'll be fiiiiiine.". "Faye, I literally just had a bullet removed from my leg." Snickers whined. "Snickers, I had my eye blown out of my skull and I still had to go out there and fight. If you don't go help find Theo then you have to go on the next hunt. Apparently there's five rogues in total...Vivian, Theo, Kajika, James And Obviously, Keener." Snickers nodded before looking around. "I mean. . .i guess I could go help them.". Faye nodded. "Go put your tracker on, go follow them and make sure Theo is taken down as well." She said rather coldly before picking up the folder and putting it in a nearby drawer. Snickers watched her before letting out a sigh. "I'll get something quick to eat before going...but I'll make sure he's taken care of as well. . ." Snickers said before turning and walking out of the room. Faye turned and watched her, waiting till she left the room before looking down at her watch, clicking it.

Snickers went into the entry room, walking quietly past the desk as she headed to the hallway. She was limping on her leg a bit, overthinking over her decisions. Snickers looked around before walking to the storage room and grabbing an MRE from one of the boxes and she carefully sat against the wall and started opening it. She opened the chicken sandwich out of its wrapper and took a bite, just minding her own business as she watched everyone around her, doing their own thing. She took another bite before feeling her watch buzz and she looked down at it but it didn't glow or show any alerts. She just shrugged it off before taking another bite. After finishing her meal a few minutes later and getting everything ready and set, Snickers had set her tracker to Bryan's watch to try to find his location easier. They were pretty far to the east near one of the old prisons. She let out a sigh before walking out of Haven, trying not to limp but she was failing at it.
