Pearl felt tired and her energy, after a long day, was gone. She just wanted to lay in bed and dream. Her mind drifted away as she sat in the empty bus, on the way home. What if she just fell asleep right now? Thinking to herself.

Her hand slipped in her pocket of her grey sweatpants and pulled out a small makeup mirror, fixing her blonde hair and looking at her face. She looked tired, pale.

When her bus stopped where she needed, her tired legs just got up and walked out the bus door, on her way home. Pearl put her hands into her hoodie pockets this time and got surprised by the rain, randomly falling on her skin. She didn't have an umbrella or anything to cover her hair with.

,,Great." She says to herself, since there was no one on the street and started running home. The weather turned cold and grey, without her even noticing. That's how tired she was. Her shoes running through the wet puddles and grass, making her feet and legs also soaked from the rain.

When she got to the door that lead to her house, she grabbed the key from the bottom of a fake rock that was on their porch, unlocking the door and walking in.

Pearl took off her shoes as fast as she could, aswell her soaked up hoodie, throwing it on the floor and running to her bed.

She just jumped on her big comfy bed with freshly smelling bedsheets and relaxed her body. Then it hit her. She could shift, thinking it would calm her and make her feel better about today. But without any preparing.

Pearl closed her eyes, relaxed her body and thought about where she wants to go, making the feeling run through her whole body and muscles. She started to fall asleep and also, shifting.

After a while, her body started to feel lightweight. Like she was falling.

A big smash woke her up, screaming her lungs out as she was falling from her bed, down into a black hole that led to the sky. She watched the clouds and the ground as she kept falling and screaming, almost not being able to breathe from all the pressure of air on her body, falling to the ground.

Meanwhile Aemond was just sitting in his chair with the council, discussing urgent matters to the realm. His eyes looked at the lords as he heard loud screaming just right outside the balcony, his eyes filled with confusion and anger. He stood up and walked over to the balcony door, flung it open, and kept his walk to the balcony itself, resting his hands on the edge, watching what has happend.

A girl happend.
