Chapter One

14 Years later

NO ONE POV:

    It's been 14 years since the death of Y/N's mother and the disappearance of Y/N, a lot has happened over the years. In the first couple years the family has tried everything to find Y/N and bring her home safely but every time they think they have a lead its like she has vanished. After the death of Catherine Sterling Sarah found that if anything happened to her, she would be granted full guardianship of Y/N considering she had no other relatives. Jim found out about the will and he was excited to have a sister but was sad that Y/N's mother died. He also found out about Alphas and Omegas when he started presenting as an Omega at age 16. Ever since then he has been extra protective of his mom and also can't wait to meet his mate but knows that it takes time. Fast forward to him being 23 he still hasn't found his mate which he is dishearten about but he is ok with that because all his focus has been on still finding his sister Y/N.

    We see Jim on his glider flying around the pier trying to see if there is any sign of his sister Y/N and along the way grabbed an apple of the cart of a vender and after searching for two hours started heading back home. Along the way he decided to take the restricted section as a short cut not knowing it set off an alarm and now he is flying away from the police.

SKIP TO THE INN

SARAH'S POV:

    We see Sarah and Dr. Doppler talking about Jims recent actions when all of a sudden a knock is heard at the door and when she opens it there is Jim standing in between two officers.

"Oh my gosh Jim what happened!"
"Mrs. Hawkins, we found your son gliding through a restricted area and could have damage property or even gotten himself hurt in the process."
"I see, thank you officers for bringing him home safely, if that is all..."
"Mrs. Hawkins we know that you lost your friend and your daughter and he his sister but that doesn't change the fact that we have seen him around port causing a scene and then getting into numerous fights when he was younger. We have tried to look the other way but he needs to start to understand and take responsibility for his actions."
"Yes I am aware and will deal with it accordingly but please don't take my son away from me, he is all I have left right now. I will take full responsibility and pay for any damages that he has caused."
"Excuse me officers my name is Dr. Doppler and I have known the Hawkins family for a while and know that Jim would never cause any fights or scenes there must be a mistake."
"Sir unless you are the child's father I suggest you step back unless you want to be arrested for interfering in police affairs."
Sarah gently grabs Delberts shoulder pulling him back "Thank you Delbert but I can handle it."
Looks back at the officers "As I have said, I'll make sure he doesn't do this again and will pay for any damages. If that is all may I please get back to work and have my son back."
"Please see it that Mr. Hawkins here doesn't get into any more trouble and we are sorry for taking up your time. Have a great rest of your day ma'am." The officers hand Jim over and then they close the door and leave, leaving Jim both sad and angry, Sarah disappointed and worried, and Delbert nervous.

JIMS POV:

    After getting lectured again I went outside with the dirty dishes heading up to the roof where me and Y/N used to sit and just sat there trying to remember the good old days when all of a sudden a small ship that looks like its been in a battle comes crashing down on the dock and not taking a second to think I started running over and opening the door to help whoever was inside the ship.

"Hello, hello sir, can I help you? Are you hurt sir?"
"My chest boy. Where is my chest?"
Jim sees the chest and brings it over to him. The old pirate starts to mumble saying "He must not get the chest and to beware the cyborg."
    While I am helping this old pirate, the inn is finally closed for the day so when I brings the turtle inside my mom gasped in fright asking about what could've happened to him. The turtle then fell down due to his injuries and only just now did I realize the fatal wound on his side. The chest falling on the floor,  while I go to grab the old turtle and lay him down. I asked him if he was ok and again he kept mumbling about his chest and the beware the cyborg. Eventually he asked for the chest again so I grabbed it and brought it over to him. Not long after he opened the chest and inside was a sphere of some sort and before I could ask what it was he grabbed me and pulled me down to his face and said one last time beware the cyborg before he pushed it in my hands as he passed away. Then the parades came to the house and we luckily were able to escape but sadly the inn was burnt to the ground.

AT DELBERT'S HOUSE STILL JIM'S POV

After narrowly escaping from the Inn Delbert was nice enough to let us stay at his place while we figure out what we are going to do now so while my mother and he talk I start to figure out what the sphere is for and why it was so important to keep in a chest. After working on it for a few minutes it suddenly opens and shows them a map of the galaxy till it shows the infamous treasure planet and after a very long discussion my mom finally lets me and Delbert go to see if we can't find it and hopefully bring some proof of it or maybe even some of the treasure itself.
