Chapter Four

Both Y/N and Jim are now on deck and are about to meet some interesting crew members and may also get into a little mischief. Also this will be the first time a certain omega will finally meet her mate.

NO ONE'S POV:

    We see Y/N and Jim running around the deck just having fun and laughing as if they haven't been separated for 14 years. They are tripping each other and calling each other names while trying to avoid running into the many crew that are about.

JIM'S POV:

"You are not going to get away from me Y/N, I will get you back for throwing water on me."

Just as I was about to reach her, she sidestepped and tripped me, making me run into one of the masts. Y/N runs over and immediately and starts to check on me.

"Oh my god, Jim are you ok? Where does it hurt? Are you bleeding?"
"I'm fine Y/N, really. It's not a big deal, just a little bump that will go away by tomorrow."
"Ok, race you to the top of the mast." She starts to run over to the side of the boat and gets on the shroud waiting for me to come over.* "Come on slowpoke, hurry up."
"I'm coming, I'm coming. Since when did you get so fast?"

NO ONE'S POV:   

As they continue to play around, they fail to notice that the captain of the ship has finally come out of her chambers and is surveying her ship and crew making sure everyone is doing as they should. As she looks around she catches a subtle sweet smell of strawberries that she can't seem to get enough of. She then hears two people laughing and playing around her ship and at first she tries to be serious but when she hears the girl laughing she can't help the slight smile that crosses her lips. Something inside her tells her that the woman is someone important to her but until she gets a good look at her she can't think why.

AMELIA'S POV:

    As I look at the girl, my head starts to get a headache from Athena's howling. I always knew our mate would be female but since there aren't many female crew members and I thought I already met them all I figured our mate wasn't a part of the crew. I guess I missed her since I rarely go down below deck. My eyes never leave the girl's view, not caring if anyone saw me staring. Wanting nothing but to go over to her and take her back to my chambers and claim her. Mark her as our own and never let her out of our sight.

"OUR MATE IS HERE! OUR MATE IS HERE!"
"Ok, ok, calm down Athena. I am just as excited as you but we must be careful and not scare the girl. We can't do anything until we are certain it is our mate."
"What are you talking about? Of course she is our mate. Her smell calls to us and ours to her. Now go over there and introduce us so that we can put our scent on her since there's a few alphas that could take her from us." Growls* "She's ours, must mark! Must claim!"

As I am fighting my wolf and trying to calm her down, I see the Alpha Mr. Silver coming out from below deck and making his way to the ships main mast.

"Ah Mr. Silver, what has made you decide to grace us with your presence?"
"Captain, why I just thought that since everyone was here I'd thought I'd come up and see what's going on. Being cooped up down in the kitchen all by my lonesome is quite boring sometimes. By the way have I ever told you that you look lovely today? Why the sun itself..."
"Oh do stop talking. Say, isn't that your new cabin boy and your cabin girl running around my ship?"
He looks over and sees Y/N and Jim about to climb further up the shroud almost falling off. "Aye Captain they are. They are just excited... right I'll get them to work right away captain." Yells* "Jim, Y/N, come here."

Y/N'S POV:

    We both looked at each other before getting off the shroud and heading over to Silver but not before I caught a whiff of gunpowder and citrus and if I wasn't back on deck and holding on to the main mast id of lost my footing with Jade running around my head yelling and howling that our mate is nearby.

"Gods, what is that amazing smell?"
"MATE, MATE IS HERE!"
"Ok, ok, calm down. We don't even know if she is here and last I checked it wasn't one of the fellow crew members that Silver kept with him."
"She's here I know it! Her smell is so addicting. Must go see mate!"

I slowly look around the ship to see if I can catch anyone looking at me and as soon as I look at the ship's quarterdeck I see the captain and Alpha Amelia starring at me like her life depends on it. My wolf howled in my head.*

"No way, there's no way THE captain is my mate!"
"Oh! Our mate must be strong if she is the Captain of the ship. Must go talk to our mate!"
"Nope, not going to happen. Do you know what she would do if she finds out I'm a pirate!?"
"But we aren't really pirates. We were kidnapped and forced to be a pirate, she'd help us and understand and protect us."
"No, unless we really have to talk to her I am not going over there to see her. Now come on, we have to go over to Jim and Silver."
"Fine, but if and when we meet, you will tell her everything. We must not keep anything from our mate."

I quickly ended our talk and took one last glance at the captain before heading over to Jim and Silver.

JIM'S POV:

    After hearing Mr. Silver call for us. We ran over but when I got over to him I turned around when I noticed only Silver and I were together and Y/N was still over by the shroud holding her head, probably having a conversation with her wolf.

"I wonder what her wolf is telling her. Must be important or something."
"Could be they found their mate but they are fighting with their wolf."
"Why do you say that?"
"If you look closely you could see she is looking around for what i am assuming whoever the scent she smells is attached to. Also by the way she looks it could be her mate is someone she wasn't expecting."
"You're right, well as her best friend and now brother, I am happy for her for finding her mate but they better know I will protect her. Now let's hear what Silver wants from us."

SILVER'S POV:

I am waiting for both Jim and Y/N to come over but see Y/N suddenly stop and then after a while look around until she catches the eyes of the Captain and I know immediately that they are mates.

"Well I am glad she finally found her mate and can now get away from this lifestyle."
"Aye. I agree Silver, I am so proud of our little pup."
"Hopefully all goes well for them. Can't wait to see Y/N finally get her happily ever after." Smiles slightly*

After waiting for both Jim and Y/N to finally show up I go back to being my stoic self and hand them both a mop and bucket and tell them to start cleaning the deck from front to back till it's spotless.
