Chapter 1

"Please, please, please, PLEASE!" She slowly watched as the artifact leveled up, taking what felt like an eternity, eventually going into crit damage. "YES! New piece for dps Barbara, let's go!" The girl basically jumped out of bed, before realizing she probably shouldn't make too much noise. The piece was a hydro damage goblet, with em, atk%, and insane rolls for both crits. Honestly, y/n couldn't be happier. Sure, the build was a troll build, but you really couldn't blame her, hitting big damage with Barbra was hilarious sometimes. 

It was 4:30. Looks like she maaay have stayed up all night playing Genshin again. It was for a good cause though, as the piece she got was amazing, and she was ready to pull for Kazuha. While pulling for Nilou and Navia's sig, she accidentally sniped r5 moonlight, which was amazing for him. She didn't have him, but had gotten Mualani in a lucky ten pull, which she was really happy about. So she was set there. Now that she thinks about it, maybe she should have been farming Mualani's domain, instead of trying for dps Barbara pieces.

Whatever. It wasn't that big of a deal, as long as she was having fun, she supposed. She opened discord, taping into bf/n (best friend).

Now it was the waiting game. She shut off her phone, waiting for the world request, as she worked on her team for mualani, swapping the artifacts on characters, planning which support to build as a dps next, as usual. After a while, the request popped up on the screen, stating bf/u, (best friends user) with a profile picture of Mona. Damn she wanted Mona. She clicked the checkmark, waiting for her to load into the world, as she checked the time 4:35. Huh, time really flies. Once loaded in she began conversation about Kazuha and leaks she found online. She really hoped they were true, because she wanted her a Chiori.

Right before she was about to show her big numbers, a call request came from her mom. Wow. She talked for like 30 minutes. She answered the call, and tried to put on the best groggy voice she could, as to not allude her mom into thinking she was awake any longer than she was supposed too. 

" Hey mom." She yawned. Honestly, she couldn't tell if it was real or fake. Her mom spoke up. "Hey, time to get up." Y/n sat up. "Alright, thanks mom." Her mom had to get up early to work anyways, so while she did, she woke up y/n to get ready for school. She heaved herself out of bed. Although she was sat up, it was always hard to get up. She scoured her closet, not feeling any particular motivation, she threw on a hoodie and sweatpants. She had art today anyways, so no gym, and that meant no running. Well except she had to run to her last class. But that was normal now. 

She walked to the bathroom, each step felt like she would fall. She pulled up her hairbrush, and started brushing her tangled hair. Damn she looked dead inside. Whatever, nothing makeup couldn't fix. Talking about it, she put concealer under her eyes and some eyeliner on, and that was all she was doing, she was too lazy.
