Music helps hone the emotions at the core, addressing.

Using lyrics to learn about oneself, childhood trauma.

Pressure to conform, how society treats the broken.

Paste on that happy smile to outsiders, fake pieces.

We give ourselves to others but when it's us we can't.

Coping mechanisms compress and make the image.

How to actually attain progression in life, how to do.

Meditation for the sake of learning, keeping to myself.

Not over sharing every little bit of information, abuse.
