You always don't believe in such tales even as a kid. You knew they were just made up to scare kids in your age. And, now as a grown adult people would whisper about a certain creature that lurks in the forest.

Most said it's harmless and gives off warning to people in danger while others said it brings bad luck and death to those who sees it. You don't believe those rumors as you were one of those people that goes under the saying to see is to believe. I mean, isn't that just common sense?

Paranoia can get to your head deeper than anyone can imagine and it does not help when you have anxiety.

Both isn't a good mix for your mental state.

You sighed as you heard your co-workers ramble about seeing the famous beast from last night. You know how curiosity can kill the cat and your co-workers seemed to take the bait as they went to the said forest last night where the creature is to prove everyone that it's fake. But, look where it got them.

Now, they were paranoid of anything that moves around in the dark as you often would hear them whisper sometimes under their breath about hearing bones crackling in the middle of the night.

Saying it's here to take their souls.

You think that's just nonsense and shrugged whenever anyone would asked you if you believe in the tales of the forest and about the creature actually existing.

People were often at your side when you say no while others who dig deep into much would argue about it saying it's real and it was not made up.

Those tales have gotten worse as each day had passed, people would often report the sight of a creature looking at them through their window but the police couldn't find any single evidence when they arrived.

Ever since the creature became famous, people started to go into it's home and some were never seen again. To the point, the whole government banned anyone from going in the haunted forest.

And, due to bad luck you're friends invited you to find the creature and check for themselves to see if it's really real. Why were you friends with them in the first place?

"Ugh, do I have to?"

You complained as they dragged you to the van while the rest carries your bags that you were forced to get. Your friend - Pinkie nodded with a huge smile on her face.

"YEAH, IT'LL BE FUN. DON'T YOU WANNA SEE THE INFAMOUS CREATURE IN THE WOODS?"

She squealed in a her high pitched voice that sometimes you find annoying but doesn't have the heart to scold her at times. Blitz closed the back door of the van and looked at you two with the same grin as his girlfriend.
