New Found Love

Flashback: Max

I was looking forward to seeing Max after he asked me out at the mall he was cute.

*Max*

Hey can Im going to pick you up at 7pm

*Lexi*

Okay I will be ready see you then :)

I smiled as I got my things ready i want to be comfortable and it was cold out so I just decided to wear these jeans that hugged my curves so well and a hoodie too long enough to cover my butt. I got into the shower and my mind wandered but it didn't wander to the date or Max it wandered to Billie.

It's been over a month since I met Billie and theres something about her I just can't figure it out her eyes look so pretty, the way she looks at me makes me feel like I'm floating. Everytime I look at her I get flustered. I can't be gay, Or am i?  I pondered off as I thought about her. I almost didn't notice my alarm had been going off. 

Shit. I thought to myself and I quickly washed up, got out and threw on my clothes so I wouldn't be late. As I had just finished my hair I felt my phone chime with a text signaling that Max had arrived. I threw on my shoes and grabbed my bag and my phone and my car keys because I don't know Max. What if he was a weirdo.

I opened my door to see Max waiting in his car so I walked over to inform him I was bringing my car. 

" Hey Lexi hop in " he said to me 

"Actually I'm going to take my car and follow you there " I said with a smile. I noticed he furrowed his brows but I figured it was because he just wanted me to ride with him. " Okay" he said sounding a little annoyed. 

As I hopped inside my car I quickly turned on some music and started to back out my eyes wandered towards Billie's house next door I notice something or someone perhaps looking at me through a window upstairs as I focused my vision I noticed Billie's green hair. 

Maybe it's just a coincidence. I thought as I drove off behind max in his car. 

We finally arrived where he wanted to take me and it was a house. He got out of his car and approached mine "I was thinking we can go to my indoor studio and maybe paint and watch a movie" he said with a slight smile. " Yeah that sounds fun let me just get my bag out" I responded as i reached for my purse but something told me to leave it in the car and so I started to get out without it. 

" What about your bag?" he said " I'll just leave it seems like a good neighborhood" I laughed while walking besides him to his house. He unlocked the door and we walked in as we did he said "So what do you think about the house?" I took in the scenery and thought for a moment " it's pretty but too flashy" I responded back. I didn't want to even go into his house all the way felt like if I broke something it would be super expensive.

"My parents did go a little over board with the decorations but it there money so hey what can I say" he said looking at me " follow me" he walked away and I followed behind him making sure to remember where the front door was. I really hope this date goes well.
