In Norman's office, he and Olivia are making up until the door knocks startles the two of them and they pull away as the nurse gets in.
"Dr. Godfrey? I'm sorry but it's time for your meeting." He looks a bit nervous.
"I'll be out in a moment." She gets out and Olivia gets up from her chair. "No, no, stay, stay. I'll be back as soon as I can." He tells her as she heads to the couch.
"If only I could." She picks up her coat and bag. "Go about your day, darling." Then walks to him grabbing his head with both her hands. "Uh, there will be... There will be time for the rest later." Then they kiss and she walks to the door.
Wait!" She stops to look at him. "I mean it this time." He says sternly and she smiles.
"What makes you think I don't know that?" She playfully says before leaving.
"Letha?"
"[Hi, Dad.]"
"What's wrong?"
"[Roman's awake.]"
..................
"Where the hell are we?" Peter asks as they are in the car.
"I used to take walks back here with my dad." Letha answers.
"This is all part of Hemlock Acres?" They pull over when they see Norman waiting for them.
"Well, it's a relief to see you up and about, Roman. But you, or you, should have told me."
"I'm sorry, Dad, things have been a little crazy."
"Glad to see you're all right. Letha told me. What that mob did to your home was a disgrace." He tells Peter.
"Well, the place needed a tune-up." He jokes making Norman laugh slightly.
"Come on." And they all follow him as he gets in the building.
"Yeah... we closed this when we opened the new sanctuary three years ago.
Didn't get a chance to clean it up. Anyway, won't have to worry about anyone checking the ashtrays.""Ha." Peter stops staring up.
"What?" Roman asks.
"Uh, you know, it's just been a month of Sundays." Then they continue walking forward.
"We didn't know who else to ask." Letha tells her father. "And we can't asks Mrs. Smith especially when her house is next to the sheriff's. I know that this could cause trouble for you."
"Well, making bad decisions is one of the perks of ownership. The town has lost its mind. Even the new residents. Peter should stay here until this lunacy dies down."
"Thank you."
"You two try and find a hole that's not an inch deep in dust. And Roman?" He calls out making him turn around to face him. "Give me a hand?" And they get out leaving Peter and Letha have their moment.
They walk away and Norman pushes Roman slightly to make him go faster until they stop
"All right. What the FUCK is going on?" Norman asks angrily.
"It's just that sometimes--"
"You do not get to hold back, not when my daughter is involved!"
"Sometimes a wolf goes crazy and doesn't eat what it kills." Roman tells him nervously and takes a drag of his cigarette. Norman calms a bit anc takex off his glasses.
"When you say wolf, what exactly do you mean?"
"I mean werewolf."
"You do realize you're talking to a clinical psychiatrist, not some fucking witch doctor?" He sarcasms making Roman gets a bit annoyed.
