Today is the the day Korra starts her Airbending training.
Once she has mastered Airbending, she'll have mastered all the four elements.
Right now Y/N, Korra and Tenzin are walking to the training grounds where Korra will be practicing her Airbending.
Korra was wearing a typical Air Nomad outfit like all Avatars have worn during Airbending training.
Tenzin: So, my mother informed me that you've never been able to Airbend before.
Korra sighs.
Y/N and Tenzin stop to turn to her.
Korra: Yeah but I don't know why. The other elements came so easy to me, but every single time I tried Airbending.... nothing.
Tenzin walks forward and rolled down her sleeves.
Tenzin: That's perfectly alright. We just need to be patient. Often the element that is most difficult for the Avatar to master, is the one most opposite to the Avatar's personality.
Korra: Well I'm about as opposite an Airbender as you can get.
Y/N: You'll do great, Korra.
She smiles.
Korra: Thanks.
Y/N: Maybe after your Airbending training with my Dad, I could help with some Airbending tips.
Y/N: I got an alien that has a thing for Air.
Korra: Nice, thanks Y/N.
She says as she hugs him and he hugs her back.
Y/N: You're welcome Korra.
They separate after a few minutes. Tenzin continues to walk with his hands behind his back.
Tenzin: Let's begin your first lesson.
Korra and Y/N looked dumbfounded at Tenzin's back. Walking up the stairs as they stood infront of a circle filled with several wooden gates, all standing in a different direction. The elemental symbol of airbending is applied to every gate. The three airbending kids were there too, Ikki is jumping excitedly up and down while clapping her hands, Jinora stands solemnly in the middle, Meelo is vividly waving at the upcoming duo.
Tenzin: A time honored tool that teaches the fundamental aspects of airbending. Jinora, would you like to explain this exercise.
Jinora nods.
Jinora: The goal is to weave your way through the gates and make it to the other side without touching them.
Korra: It seemed easy enough.
Ikki: Jinora forgot to say that you have to make it through while the gates are spinning.
Y/N walks up to the gates and actives his Omnitrix and slams on the dial. He turns into a giant turtle creature with giant flippers for hands, short stubby legs and yellow eyes with black markings running around it's eye. This was Terrapin. Korra was in awe and astonishment seeing your new alien.
