(A.N. I'm writing this on the morning I'm supposed to leave, and I wrote some last night as well, but if there is spelling mistakes or typos please point them out so I can change it. Thank you <3)

That night Aya had a nightmare and was finding it hard to go back to sleep so she went and knocked onto Kunikidas door, he was still up since it's only eleven o'clock, and he was writing his schedule for the next day. "Mama, I can't sleep, and the spirits keep following me" Aya said knocking on the door since the spirits followed her around. This sentence confused Kunikida as he looked towards his door from his desk.
"Aya? Come in" Kunikida said before she walked into the room. "What are you still doing up? I thought you were asleep" Kunikida said since he checked on her earlier.
"I was, but I had a nightmare, and now the nice lady spirit won't leave me alone" Aya said concerning Kunikida.
"Spirit?" He asked.
"Uhuh, I can see the dead, it's my ability" Aya said making Kunikida understand.
"Oh alright, how about you just come here and tell me about that nightmare you had?" Kunikida asked turning his chair 90° clockwise and opened his arms for her to come and hug him.

Aya ran up to him and he picked her up and put her on his lap "so what happened in that nightmare of yours?" Kunikida asked
"You and bram bram were dead at his apartment, I tried looking for your spirits but I couldn't find them and I was all alone" Aya explained after hugging him.
"I'm right here, and bram is safe and sound at his apartment, I promise you" Kunikida said strocking her head. "There's no need to worry about us, after all we have docter Yosano don't we" he said.
"That's right, thank you mama" she said.
"It's no worries kiddo, now could you tell me about those spirits?" He asked making her lift her head. "The man looks kind of like you, but the woman seems to follow you, and she has your eyes" she mentioned with something clicking for Kunikida.
"Do they look like those two?" Kunikida asked pointing to a picture frame thats on his desk.
"Yeah exactly like that, same clothes and everything" Aya said. "Who are they? And how old were you in this picture?" She asked
"They are my parents, I was sixteen in this photo, it was taken the day they died" he asked.
"Oh I'm sorry" Aya said realizing she probably mentioned a touchy subject.
"It's alright, I'm glad they are watching over me" he mentioned looking at the picture.

"If it help, I don't know, but, I understand how it feels, both my mother and sister passed, so I get it" Aya said making Kunikida consurned. Though he new she didn't want that and just wanted to reassure him so he just hugged her.
"It does, thank you. Though, I am here for you, if you want to talk about it" Kunikida said with Aya staying quiet and just hugged him.
"Its hard, really hard, isn't it? To not be able to touch or speak to them again?" Aya said.
"It is" Kunikida said not wanting to vent to a child, his problems should be talked about to another adult, not the child he was talking care of.

Not long later Aya fell asleep in Kunikida's arms and he continued to write his scedual for the next day. Once he finished he shut his book and stood up with Aya in his arms as he took her to her room and tucked her into bed and gave her one of her big teddies to cuddle with before going back to his room and going to bed falling asleep quickly.

At six in the morning Kunikida's alarm went off and he woke up and turned his alarm of. He then went into the bathroom and done his morning routine before going to the kitchen and cooking breakfast and made a lunch for the both of them. He made salmon, rice egg rolls, miso soup and green tea for breakfast and made two tonkatsu bentos for their lunch. It was seven by the time it was made so he went to ayas room.
"Aya wake up, breakfast is ready" Kunikida said with her waking up.
"What time is it?" Aya asked sleepily rubbing her eyes.
"Seven in the morning, food is already on the table, so come down and eat it, don't let it go cold, after you eat you can get ready for school" Kunikida said as she sat up and got out of bed before walking to the door.
"Good morning mama" Aya said with a smile
"Good morning Kiddo" Kunikida replied before they both walked downstairs to the dining room. They sat at the table and ate.
