Caves of Lichianne

1: "caved."

(a/n: thiz iz my firzt evar story zo erm dont judge plz😋)

narrator POV:
years ago, or should i say, millions of years ago, a planet was inhabited by these joyful, hopeful, and delightful objects who treated the planet of their's like true home, and everyobject there swore to never ever do any type of harm, as the months passed on, they were getting smarter and smarter, inventing new things, discovering new things, etc etc, in that era, the objects seemed unstoppable, but soon enough, this was too good to be true, on one fateful night, the star in their solar system exploded, or imploded, no object really ever knew, it was... strange, to say the least, only a few survived, as they all went to underground bunkers, and rockets, etc etc, a blackhole formed within the star, it was happening too quickly, this was scientifically impossible! as their planet slowly fell into it's demise, the few objects in rockets survived the longest

timeskipping to when they traveled to another planet, far, FAR away from the old one

(a/n: I SWEAR I'LL EXPLAIN HOW THEY DID THAT Y'ALL JS WAIT PLZ🙁)

only about 70 objects survived, that was 70 out of 8 billion others.
Seems this newer planet was a bit more... hostile, there were night predators so fierce they could tear through object flesh in mere seconds, some blinded objects, some killed them, some hypnotized them, these were called "xarpenses" by the local objects, as they slowly begin settling in, the 70 remaining saw a HUGE cave, and emphasis on 'huge', exploring it felt like an endless loop, it was basically impossible to venture through the cave in one life span, it was just. so. massive!

they decided to call their new home, that protected them from all of the monstrous predators of the nighttime, "The Caves Of Lichianne" of course it branched into other cave systems, these objects would take residence in here for the rest of their lives, little did they know, theres... something wrong

timeskipping a few million years, we have dragonskull here, a positive, upbeat and generally just happy person
he and some others lived in a cave, you probably cant pronounce it though, i'll simplify it using.. numbers, they lived in cave 963!

his best friend was treasure bottle, she was a very paranoid and insecure person, but she's very nice with her friends (idk how to transition to a conversation so i'll js have it be rough :3)
(ds = dragonskull, tb= treasure bottle!)

ds: "hey tb, have you noticed anything going on.. i mean like.. in this cave?"

tb tilted her head, she was still eating breakfast so she just stared at him worried

ds: "i mean like.. nah nah.. i think thats just me, anyways, got any pla-"

tb: "d-dragonskull.. d-dont change the topic like that! what do you mean 'anything going on' im... scared.."

ds: "no no its alright, probably just another stupid nightmare"

dragonskull muttered to himself some more words that treasure couldnt make out

DRAGONSKULL'S POV:

'i feel weird, somethings going on, i know i cant just... begin having nightmares all of a sudden, maybe im just hungry.. i'll just eat breakfast with treasure.. i guess' i thought to myself as i slowly walked to sit with treasure, she was really worried about what i said maybe i should comfort her i thought

ds: "hey, treasure"

tb: "yeah?"

ds: "i was messin' round with you!" i'd chuckle awkwardly "it was just a joke.. really!"

tb: "y-you sure..?"

oh no.. i think she sees through my lie! i.. oh goodness, those stupid nightmares! im just weak, y-yeah thats all! nhehhaheh.

TREASURE BOTTLE'S POV:

is he okay? alright ds, you're being awfully suspicious here.. did he just zone out?! i'd internally face palm, really, was he just gonna zone out while i'm here waiting for him to answer!? ugh!

tb: "you.. good?"

ds: "AG- yYEAH YEAH! EVERYTHINGS.. alright i promise!"

ds: "wait.. did i just hear rocks FALLING?!"

NARRATOR'S POV:

the two hurry around running to tell the others in their home cave, pincushion moss was the first to react
(pcm = pincushion moss)

pcm: "WHAT THE LICHEN WAS THAT".
