"Where... Where am i?"

The young demon fluttered his eyes open, his vision hazy and blurred. The bright sun glaring into his darkened eyes. 

His body laid sprawled out onto the grassy flooring. In pain and agony, a sharp pain shooting from his horns. Slowly he sat up and reach for them to figure out why he felt such pain. To find out his horn had broke whilst travelling through the rift..

"Huh.." he mumbled he moved his head around and blinked a few times trying to get a grip of his surroundings trying to figure out where he was... This wasn't home.. his windmill... Where...?

His eyes became slightly adjusted to the vibrant colorful world. Shifting slightly before getting up onto his feet Wobbling.  He looked around for any signs of his friends. No one... Where was everyone..?

Ghost ventured around looking for his friends before stumbling upon them but they seemed to be having a arguement. Beau just stood off awkwardly trying to Explain something whilst Cyprus is shutting down the idea being slightly aggressive in his tone, Aurelius backing his point up.

As he approached he hesitated before speaking up, they never argued so this was sort of confusing to him.

"What's... Going on...?"

Their attention turned to him beau spoke up. "Cyprus doesn't want us to help and find tox."

Tox... Oh... Right... They didn't go through the rift... And the void got them... They're trapped..

Cyprus then spoke. "Why would we want to? They caused us more harm then good. So whats the point?" His tone harsher than normal.

"They're our friend that's what!" Beau snapped back.

Ghost stared wide eyed. Before adding their input "we couldn't get them back.. anyway.. they're trapped by the void.. they didn't go through the rift." They all stared at him in disbelief.

"What..?" Aurelius mumbled.
"That's a good thing. They tried harmin' us before we went in." Cyprus said.
Beau then snapped before having a go at Cyprus

B: "Well! Your the one who got the void to spread in the first place!"

C: "me?! Im the one?! its wasnt my fault?! You were there so why didnt ya say anything if you know it all!?"

B: "because at the time I didn't expect someone to KILL the PUREST being?!"

A: "guys.. let's just calm down and work through this?"

B: "shut up Aurelius! Your the main cause of the destruction from before!!"

With that Aurelius shut his mouth and the pointless blaming went backwards and forwards before beau stormed off angrily and more upset than before

Ghost Krobus and Aurelius just watched concerned..

G: "maybe you went a bit far cy?"

C: "... Dont you start. You're the whole reason we're in this mess to begin with."

That conclusion struck ghost hard. His fault? Nononono it wasn't his was it?

G: "m..my fault? How the heck is it my fault..?!"

C: "you killed the dragon.. which caused it to spread. And allowed a decayer someone we distrusted since the beginning to get close to you and you took care of."

G: "because they're my friend?! Why wouldn't I..?"

C: "Open you're eyes ghost! You're a pawn a puppet youre pretty much on strings! Your in a game of chess here on the loosing side. And tox is the puppeteer.! You need to make a choice. Kill them if you find them. Or spare them. And lose my trust."

Kill them. That was the main thought that circlulated his head like rapid fire.. not again.. they couldn't.. they wouldn't. Kill someone. They weren't strong enough to.. but loosing his friends trust was a harsher pain than he wanted..

G: "Cyprus there's got to be another way! We can't just kill someone?! Tox didn't do anything wrong!! I don't want to loose you as a friend cy.. dont force me to make a choice..."

C: "ghost they've hurt you. And your still sticking with them. They've done more harm than any of us. So choose." His tone got more aggressive as he forced ghost to choose.

G: "i cant just choose! You two Ive known the longest i cant just give one up for the other! And you cant just force me to kill someone?! "

Cyprus got more agitated and angrier
C: "For GOD SAKES GHOST! just open your damn eyes for one minute?! Can't you see?! You've been played and hurt by them?! Why can't you just for once let your anger out and just do something?!

G: "because they're my friend I can't hurt my friend Cyprus you can't make me hurt them!? I don't want to loose you as my best friend but I can't hurt someone!! Besides it wasn't even my fault i didn't know what was happening?! Im just a ch-

In a blind fit of anger Cyprus grabbed a weapon from near by which resembled one of a scythe and stabbed (sliced?) ghost in the side of his stomach.

Ghost looked down in suprise and betrayed expression. Hurt. His own friend who he trusted just attacked him.. hurt him..

"And you say tox hurts me... But look what you've done." In a matter of seconds Cyprus regains his calm and collectiveness and realizes what he done. But has no words.

Ghost immediately clutches his sides before fleeing..
"Sorry Cyprus... But I can't... I can't be around you.... You've changed..."

And with that Cyprus was left alone with Aurelius... The one other person who sided with him..

Guilt..

That's the one thing everyone felt..

Extreme guilt about that day...

Why did it end up that way..?
